Receipt Point. In the case of Saltwater received by Gatherer into the Gathering System, the inlet valve at the Measurement Facilities located at or nearby a CDP. In the case of Saltwater picked up by Gatherer in a truck, the outlet flange of Producer’s storage tank or other storage facility at or near a Well Pad where such Saltwater is stored prior to pickup by Gatherer or such other location from which such Saltwater is collected by Gatherer.
Receipt Point. The inlet valve at the Measurement Facilities owned by Gatherer located at or nearby or assigned to a Well Pad where one or more Xxxxx are connected to the Gathering System or, in the case of Liquid Hydrocarbons, the outlet of the pump connected to one or more of Shipper’s tanks receiving Liquid Hydrocarbons from such Xxxxx.
Receipt Point. The inlet valve at the Measurement Facilities located at or nearby or assigned to a Well Pad where one or more Xxxxx are connected to the Gathering System.
Receipt Point. The inlet flange of Processor’s facilities at each point at the Processing Plant where Producer[, Processor (in its capacity as Gatherer under the Gathering Agreement)] or a third party gathering Producer’s Gas delivers Producer’s Gas to the Processing Plant.
Receipt Point. In the case of Crude Oil received by Gatherer into the Gathering System, the inlet valve at the Measurement Facilities located at or nearby a CDP. In the case of Crude Oil picked up by Gatherer in a truck, the outlet flange of Producer’s storage tank or other storage facility at or near a CDP where such Crude Oil is stored prior to pickup by Gatherer or such other location from which such Crude Oil is collected by Gatherer.
Receipt Point. (s) shall mean the upstream flange(s) of the Gathering System at the point(s) of receipt shown on Exhibit C to this Agreement, as the same may be modified in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
Receipt Point. Each central delivery point on a Lateral where Antero’s Gas is delivered to MarkWest. The initial Receipt Points on each Lateral shall be set forth in the Lateral Annex for such Lateral, and the initial Receipt Point for the Sherwood Compressor Station shall be the inlet of MarkWest’s two (2) phase separator immediately upstream of the Sherwood Compressor Station, which separator shall be at a mutually agreeable location at or near the property boundary of the Sherwood Compressor Station. MarkWest shall add additional Receipt Points (at Antero’s cost) on a Lateral at Antero’s request; additional Receipt Points not on a Lateral and the terms and conditions relating thereto may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties in writing.
Receipt Point. With respect to the Raw Make from the Bluestone Processing Plant that is delivered to the Fractionation Plant by any Raw Make pipeline owned by MarkWest or its Affiliates, the inlet flange of such pipeline at or near the tailgate of the Bluestone Processing Plant. With respect to Raw Make from the Bluestone Processing Plant that is delivered to the Fractionation Plant by truck or rail, the outlet flange of the Raw Make loading facilities at the Bluestone Processing Plant. With respect to Raw Make from any third party processing plant whereby Raw Make is delivered to the Fractionation Plant by truck, the inlet flange of the Raw Make unloading facilities at the Fractionation Plant. With respect to any other processing plant or any third party processing plant, whereby the Raw Make is delivered to the Fractionation Plant by a pipeline, the first inlet flange of any Raw Make pipeline or Fractionation Plant owned by MarkWest or its Affiliates.
Receipt Point. The term “Receipt Point” means the interconnect of the Gas Line with the interstate pipeline facilities of WBI at Xxxxxxx Station in the SW¼, Xxxxxxx 0, X-00- X, X-00-X, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Wyoming.
Receipt Point. On a Gas Day basis, ELC shall allocate the quantities of Gas received at the Twin 30s Interconnection on Customer’s behalf to the account of Customer based on the quantities of Gas scheduled by ELC. Any Gas Day variance between scheduled nominations and actual volumes measured at the Twin 30s Interconnection shall be allocated to the OBA and any such imbalance at the end of the month shall be resolved by the parties to the OBA, unless Customer makes up the imbalance during the month.
