The Parties shall exchange Reciprocal Compensation Traffic at the technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA designated in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
On the basis of the meeting, Developer shall designate its Point of Interconnection, pursuant to Section 30.6.1, and one or more available alternative Point(s) of Interconnection.

A Transmission Developer may transfer its Queue Position to another entity only if such entity acquires the specific Transmission Project identified in the Transmission Interconnection Application and the Point(s) of Interconnection do not change.
