Project Location and Surrounding Uses. The Project Site is located in the City of Tustin within the former MCAS Tustin Site, now referred to as “Tustin Legacy.” Tustin Legacy, which encompasses only the area within the City of Tustin, is a 1,511-acre mixed-use project which will ultimately include housing, commercial businesses, a research park, a conference center, hotels, schools, and community and regional parks. Portions of Tustin Legacy are developed, including an approximately one-million-square-foot outdoor shopping mall called “The District.” Approximately 1,511 acres of Tustin Legacy are located within the city of Tustin. Approximately 95 acres are located within the city of Irvine. The city of Santa Xxx xxxxxxx Tustin Legacy to the southwest. Tustin Legacy is in close proximity to five freeways: the Costa Mesa (SR-55), Santa Xxx (I-5), Laguna (SR- 133), Garden Grove (SR-22), and San Diego (I-405) freeways (see Figure 1). Major roadways bordering Tustin Legacy include Red Hill Avenue on the west, Xxxxxxx Avenue/Irvine Center Drive on the north, Jamboree Road on the east, and Barranca Parkway on the south. Jamboree Road provides access to the Eastern Transportation Corridor (SR-261 toll road). Xxxx Xxxxx Airport is located approximately 3.5 miles to the south, and the Tustin Metrolink Commuter Rail Station is located approximately 1½ miles to the northeast of the Project Site. The Project Site is located near the northwestern corner of Tustin Legacy as shown in Figure 2. The Project Site consists of two 10-acre parcels located within PA 1, which is a 128.3-acre portion of Neighborhood A. To the west and north of the Project Site is the ATEP campus, to the south is the Rancho Xxxxxxxx Community College District (RSCCD) Sheriff’s Training Academy, and to the east is the proposed County of Orange Urban Regional Park. Under the Specific Plan, the District is permitted to construct a maximum total floor area of 893,851 square feet anywhere on its property in Planning Area 1. The sub-planning area designations and Proposed Project do not affect the location or amount of square footage the District is permitted to construct on its property. Within the ATEP site, the District has completed development at the northwest corner of Valencia Avenue and Lansdowne Road (00000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx), where Phase I of the ATEP campus consists of 14,676 square feet of classrooms, laboratories, offices, food services and support space.   • Access to Work Locations Reasonable access to employee work locations shall be granted officers of the Association and their officially designated representatives for the purpose of processing grievances or contacting members of the Association concerning business within the scope of representation. Such officers or representatives shall not enter any work location without the consent of the City Manager. Access shall be restricted so as not to interfere with the normal operations of the department or with established safety or security requirements. Solicitation of membership and activities concerned with the internal management of the Association, such as collecting dues, holding membership meetings, campaigning for office, conducting elections and distributing literature, shall not be conducted during working hours.

  • PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS Work being done under a resulting Authorized User Agreement may be subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the New York State Labor Law. SHORT TERM EXTENSION In the event a replacement Contract has not been issued, any Contract let and awarded hereunder by the State, may be extended unilaterally by the State for an additional period of up to 3 months upon notice to the Contractor with the same terms and conditions as the original Contract including, but not limited to, prices and delivery requirements. With the concurrence of the Contractor, the extension may be for a period of up to 6 months in lieu of 3 months. However, this extension terminates should the replacement Contract be issued in the interim. PROCUREMENT INSTRUCTIONS Authorized Users should refer to the documents attached as Appendix G – Processes and Forms Templates for specific instructions on the usage of this Contract. OGS reserves the right to unilaterally make revisions, changes, additions and/or updates to the documents attached as Appendix G - Processes and Forms Templates without processing a formal amendment and/or modification. SPECIFICATIONS During the term of the Contract, the Authorized User may request Product specifications for particular items that have been included by the Contractor in its Pricing Pages. These specifications will be provided by the Contractor at no cost.

  • Data Center Location Upon the effective date of the Agreement, the Data Centers used to host Personal Data in the Cloud Service are located in the EEA or Switzerland. SAP will not migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center outside the EEA or Switzerland without Customer’s prior written consent (email permitted). If SAP plans to migrate the Customer instance to a Data Center within the EEA or to Switzerland, SAP will notify Customer in writing (email permitted) no later than thirty days before the planned migration.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.)

  • UNDERGROUND LOCATIONS Prior to the Company commencing any work the Customer must advise the Company of the precise location of all underground services on the site and clearly xxxx the location. The underground mains and services the Customer must identify include, but are not limited to, telephone cables, fibre optic cables, electrical services, gas services, sewer services, pumping services, sewer connections, sewer sludge mains, water mains, irrigations pipes, oil pumping mains and any other services that may be on site. Whilst the Company will take all care to avoid damage to any underground services the Customer agrees to indemnify the Company in respect of all any liability claims, loss, damage, cost and fines as a result of damage to services not precisely located and notified pursuant to this clause.

  • Project Location & Description The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, is hereby described as follows:

  • Access to Project Site Redeveloper shall permit the representatives of the City to enter Project Site at any and all reasonable times, as the City may deem necessary for the purposes of this Redevelopment Agreement, including but not limited to work and inspection of all work being performed in connection with the construction of the Redeveloper Improvements. Similarly, the City shall permit Redeveloper such entry upon the public rights of way for such purposes. No compensation shall be payable nor shall any charges be made in any form by any party for the access or inspection provided for in this Section. The City’s right of access granted under this Section shall terminate upon issuance by the City of the Redeveloper’s Certificate of Completion of Redeveloper Improvements. Notwithstanding the above, Redeveloper shall not be relieved of the provisions contained in Chapter 14.29 of the Lincoln Municipal Code regarding the use of streets for private construction purposes.
