Park Site definition

Park Site refers to that portion of the former military Base located within Parcels I, II, and III consisting of approximately 000 xxxxx xx xxxx xxxx described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit “G-5” and depicted as PAZs 14, 15, and 16 on the Conceptual Overlay Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
Park Site means the approximately 1.25 acre portion of the Property that the Developer will sell to the County in accordance with the County Option Agreement.
Park Site shall have the meaning set forth in Section 11(A).

  • HACLA shall provide all available information relating to the Park Site, as expeditiously as necessary, for the orderly progress of the Scope of Work.

  • There shall be no access fee connected with Parks’ use of the Park Site.

  • In addition, in accordance with Section 4.14.6 of the MDA, Parks shall require its construction contractor to provide adequate security including the prevention of vandalism, theft, trespassing, dumping and providing the maintenance of secure fencing around the Park Site.

  • Grading on sites dedicated for park and recreational uses shall not differ greatly from surrounding land and shall be as outlined in the "Public Park Site Standards" attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A.

  • Developer shall not itself permit or permit any of its Affiliates, employees, agents, contractors, subcontractors or Third Party Contractors to permit, and such parties shall take all commercially reasonable measures to prevent, the presence, in violation of any applicable law, of Hazardous Materials at, in, on, or under the Park Site.


More Definitions of Park Site

Park Site means the portion of Site 2 on the Cotai Strip designated as a park on the Cotai Plan. Permitted Asset Dispositions means
Park Site means that certain approximately three acre parcel of land located South of the Land to be developed as a park site pursuant to the Master Development Agreement.

Related to Park Site

  • Work Site means the site where the Work is being performed.

  • Site means the place or places where the permanent Works are to be carried out including workshops where the same is being prepared.

  • Off-site means located outside the property boundary described in the permit application.

  • Host Site means the site at which the Site Host Load is consumed, including real property, facilities and equipment owned or operated by the Site Host or its Related Entities located at such site.

  • The Site, where applicable, means the designated project place(s) named in the bidding document.

  • Sites means the area(s) upon or in which the construction work is carried on, and such other areas adjacent thereto as may be designated by the Commissioner.

  • Easement Area means the area of the servient lot marked on the survey-strata plan as being subject to the relevant easement; and

  • Areas means such areas within the DAS Areas that are identified in Annexure A annexed to this Agreement;

  • Garage shall have the meaning ascribed to it in Recital H;

  • Recycling center means an establishment, place of business, facility or building which is maintained, operated, or used for the storing, keeping, buying, or selling of newspaper or used food or beverage containers or plastic containers for the purpose of converting such items into a usable product.

  • Hotel means any establishment used for the purpose of temporary, overnight lodging for which a fee is paid and reservations are required.

  • Adjacent means either immediately contiguous to or abutting a neighboring property, lot or walkway, and excludes property, lots, or walkways across the street from, or diagonally opposite across an intersection from the subject property, lot, or walkway.

  • Shorelines means all of the water areas of the state, including reservoirs, and their associated shorelands, together with the lands underlying them; except (i) shorelines of statewide significance; (ii) shorelines on segments of streams upstream of a point where the mean annual flow is twenty cubic feet per second or less and the wetlands associated with such upstream segments; and (iii) shorelines on lakes less than twenty acres in size and wetlands associated with such small lakes.

  • Parking Facilities means parking lots or other off-street areas for the parking of vehicles, including areas below or above the surface of streets.

  • Parking No unreserved vehicle parking spaces ("Unreserved Parking Spaces"); and no reserved vehicle parking spaces ("Reserved Parking Spaces"). (Also see Paragraph 2.6.)

  • Campsite means any place where any bedding, sleeping bag, or other material used for bedding purposes, or any stove or fire is placed, established or maintained for the purpose of maintaining a temporary place to live, whether or not such place incorporates the use of any tent, lean-to, shack, or any other structure, or any vehicle or part thereof.
