Park Site refers to that portion of the former military Base located within Parcels I, II, and III consisting of approximately ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit “G-5” and depicted as PAZs 14, 15, and 16 on the Conceptual Overlay Plan attached hereto as Exhibit “B”.
