Area Designations Sample Clauses

The Area Designations clause defines and specifies the particular geographic or physical spaces relevant to the agreement. It typically outlines which areas are included or excluded for certain activities, rights, or responsibilities, such as specifying leased premises, work zones, or service coverage regions. By clearly identifying these areas, the clause helps prevent disputes over boundaries and ensures all parties understand the scope of their obligations or entitlements.
