Phase Development definition

Phase Development means the development of the Scheme in phases as contemplated in Section 25 of the STA and in respect of which the Seller will take out a Certificate of Real Rights as contemplated in section 12(1)(e) of the STA;
Phase Development means the development of the Scheme in phases as contemplated in Section 25 of the STA;
Phase Development means the phasing/division of a township as per Section 39 of the Bylaw.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Phase Development Budgets for Potential Phases shall not be binding on the City -- but Phase Development Budgets for Approved Phases will be binding upon approval by the City Council.
