Professional Service Fee. The fees identified at the time of and on each Order on a fixed fee or time and material basis for Professional Services to be performed. Support. The maintenance and/or support provided for a Licensed Product(s) and any on-premise component(s) at the support level specified on an Order (“Maintenance and Support Plan”), as further described in the document found at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/wp- content/uploads/VGS-Plan-all-regions.pdf.
Professional Service Fee. Use of professional services is not required to use the Zing Platform. If applicable, any professional services provided pursuant to this Agreement shall be charged on a time and materials basis at JM’s then-current rates based upon the actual number of hours used in accordance with the applicable statement of work. These services mean all professional services provided by JM to You, including without limitation, any custom or expanded implementation or technology services, including modifications in features or functions, or other customizations to Your Market. Examples include but are not limited to: requests for web development and enhancements to Your Market or the Zing Platform to add support for non-standard features, functionality or integrations. JM and You shall mutually negotiate and execute a statement of work, which shall be incorporated by reference into and governed by the terms of this Agreement, specifying the scope of the professional services and estimated fees/rates for such professional services. JM shall use commercially reasonable efforts to meet any performance dates specified in a statement of work, provided that any such dates shall be estimates only. JM has the right, upon provision of not less than 30 days' written notice to You, to terminate the professional services, with or without cause, provided that JM shall refund any unused amounts pre-paid by You.
Professional Service Fee. In consideration of the faithful performance by the Company of all the terms, conditions and requirements of this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to pay the Company a fixed sum of: Thirteen Thousand Dollars ------- $13,000 subject to additions and deductions for changes in the work as may be agreed upon.

Professional Service Fee. Broker will be paid solely out of the commission which the seller of the Property pays upon the sale of the Property. Buyers agrees to cooperate with Broker to insure that Broker is paid a fee by the seller of the Property.
Professional Service Fee. The parties agree that Broker will receive a commission calculated as 3.0% of gross sales price. Broker will seek to obtain payment of the commission first from the seller, landlord, or their agents. If such persons refuse or fail to pay Broker the amount specified, Client will pay Broker the amount specified less any amounts Broker receives from such persons. Broker will rebate any excess compensation (over 3%) to Buyer unless prohibited. If Client acquires a property listed by Broker, Broker will be paid in accordance with the terms of Broker’s listing agreement with the owner and Client will have no obligation to pay Broker.

(a) Buyer agrees that Broker is entitled to a fee if during the original term of this Agreement or any extension, Buyer enters into a contract to purchase or acquires a property acceptable to Buyer. If Buyer attempts to avoid the obligations under this Agreement to Broker, then Buyer shall be obligated to pay the service fee.
Professional Service Fee. The Professional Services Fee, Including related Administrative Expenses and Other Expenses for Phase II. Schematic Design, shall be a fixed fee of One Million One Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty-Eight and 00/100 Dollars ($1,188,268.00).

Professional Service Fee. Following implementation of the Portal, if Customer requires support and maintenance services for the Portal above the basic support offered in the Services, additional hours may be purchased at a rate of $175 per hour. Company may accept or reject the request in its sole discretion.
