Basis of Payment. Payment will be full compensation for furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, disposal, and incidentals necessary to complete designated areas of additional litter and debris removal.

Basis of Payment. Supplying, speading and consolidation of materials as measured above will be paid for at the contract unit price for same which price shall include the cost, conveyance and stacking of materials and shall include full compensation for spreading, watering, rolling, finishing and all incidental work and for furnishing at labour, tools, plant and equipment necessary for the proper execution of the work.
Basis of Payment. All disability payments provided for in this Contract shall be reduced by the amount or amounts of any other benefits which might be provided through state or federal legislation for the same type of disability and for the same period of absence.
