Time and Materials Basis definition

Time and Materials Basis means charges billable to the Client based upon each hour worked, multiplied by the hourly rate for the work, plus the cost of any Materials necessary (including but not limited to, the cost of third party software licenses, travel and accommodation expenses, or otherwise), or Materials beneficial (conditioned upon mutual assent of the parties), billed on a monthly basis in arrears.

Time and Materials Basis means that Contractor shall be compensated for the charges for Personnel and Equipment, materials and other expenses pursuant to Section H.2.3 of Exhibit H, using the rates and charges in Exhibit G.

Time and Materials Basis means that Licensee shall pay NC4 for time spent performing the Services, and shall reimburse NC4 for expenses as set forth in Section 5.3. Any monetary amount stated in the applicable Statement of Work for Services shall be an estimate only for Licensee's budgeting and NC4's resources scheduling purposes and not a binding quote by NC4. Licensee shall additionally reimburse NC4 for costs and expenses incurred as a result of Licensee's failure to cooperate as required in Section 5.7. 5.3

Examples of Time and Materials Basis in a sentence

• For the purposes of all qualifications listed in this section, contracts billed on a Time and Materials Basis (T & M) and certain fixed price contracts may be used.

• CAPPED TIME AND MATERIAL CHARGES Where Services for this Release are being delivered on a Capped Time and Materials Basis, the provisions of this paragraph 5.1 and the Time and Material Rates set out at paragraph 5.3.5 shall apply.

• If a Time and Materials Basis Pricing Methodology is used, provide the corresponding Hourly Rates (from Exhibit D of this Agreement), number of hours, and subtotal for the utilized job title.

• The Judicial Council may, in its discretion, include a not-to-exceed amount in any Service Work Order on a Time and Materials Basis and Contractor shall not exceed said not-to-exceed amount without prior authorization.

• When a Service Work Order is authorized for performance on a Time and Materials Basis, the prices for all expected Hourly and Fixed Price Services, the cost of any expected allowable Travel and Living Expenses, and expected allowable Reimbursables will be added to calculate a time and materials price (“Time and Materials Price”) applicable to that Service Work Order.

More Definitions of Time and Materials Basis

Time and Materials Basis means Work performed by the Contractor for which it will be compensated for the charges for Personnel and its charges for equipment, materials and other expenses pursuant to Exhibit G.

Time and Materials Basis means the Company’s standard daily consultancy rates in force from time to time.

Time and Materials Basis means the service arrangement described in Section 2.

Time and Materials Basis means the method of billing based on actual time spent and materials used, based on FMT’s standard rates from time to time; and

Time and Materials Basis means time and material rates which is based on time spent and material utilised to execute Ad Hoc Services and/or services explicitly designated as such. All such time will be billed in accordance with the time and material rates approved by SARS in accordance with SARS’s procurement governance processes and procedures;

Time and Materials Basis means: (i) with respect to labor, ATS will charge the Labor Rate multiplied by the number of labor hours as is mutually agreed by ATS and a Designated Maintenance Representative in connection with the identified services or statement of work; and (ii) except as otherwise provided herein, with respect to parts and materials and other direct charges, ATS will charge the amount determined pursuant to Section 3.3.

Time and Materials Basis means an hourly basis at the rate specified in the Quote, together with reimbursement of expenses. All other terms defined in this Addendum shall have the meanings ascribed thereto. Capitalized terms used in this Addendum that are not otherwise defined in this Addendum have the meaning set forth in the Agreement.
