Professional Salary. 2.1. The basic salaries of Teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in the attached schedule entitled "Professional Teachers' Salary Schedule," marked Appendix "A" and made a part of this Article II by the reference.

Professional Salary. 1. A Professional’s salary will be a percentage of the Professional Salary. The percentage will be based upon the number of years of employment and any advanced work completed by the Professional.
Professional Salary. 1. See Appendix A for the calculated salary scale. ** As of the writing of this contract, there are employees “off scale” who will remain off scale for the life of the contract. Those individuals who remain off scale will receive a 3% increase each year.
Professional Salary. Each teacher shall receive their teaching salary in 24 equal payments. Normal pay days will be on the 10th and the 25th of each month for the contract year. The first payroll of each school year will occur on September 1st. If a pay day falls on or during a weekend, school holidays, or school vacations, the teachers will receive their checks on the last working day preceding such weekend, school holiday, or school vacation. After October 1st of each year, teachers are eligible to draw up to four (4) pay periods salary in advance.
Professional Salary. 2. For years 2021-2022, 2022-2023, and 2023-2024, an off-schedule payment for Covid-19 hazard pay, in accordance with applicable state and/or federal guidelines, in the amount of seven-hundred dollars ($700.00) will be paid to each bargaining unit member, in a separate check, no later than December 1 of each year of this Agreement.

  • PROFESSIONAL COMPENSATION A. The basic salaries of teachers covered by this Agreement are set forth in Appendix A which is attached to and incorporated in this Agreement. Such salary schedule shall remain in effect during the designated periods.

  • Annual Salary Executive's compensation shall consist of an annual base salary (the "Annual Salary") of one hundred fifty thousand dollars ($150,000), before all customary payroll deductions. The Annual Salary shall be reviewed, and shall be subject to change, by the Board of Directors of Employer (or the Compensation Committee thereof) at least annually while Executive is employed hereunder.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Professional Service Consultant agrees that all services and work performed under this agreement will be accomplished in a professional manner, in accordance with the accepted standards of Contractor’s profession.

  • Salary No salary will be paid to a Member for the performance of his or her duties under this Agreement unless the salary has been approved in writing by a Majority of the Members.

  • Base Salary During the Employment Term, the Company shall pay Executive a base salary at the annual rate of $250,000, payable in regular installments in accordance with the Company's usual payment practices. Executive shall be entitled to such increases in Executive's base salary, if any, as may be determined from time to time in the sole discretion of the Board.
