PROFESSIONAL IN-SERVICE DAYS. Pending State approval, students will be dismissed early at the conclusion of each of the first three (3) grading periods, i.e., Grading Periods 1, 2 and 3. During the time of early dismissal, half of the time will be used by the teachers for grade preparation, reporting, and record keeping. The remaining time will be for professional in-service provided by the Administration.

PROFESSIONAL IN-SERVICE DAYS. Up to eight (8) duly elected Association delegates may be approved to attend in service programs conducted at the state FEA Convention, if after the Superintendent reviews the agenda, the Superintendent and Association agree that release of such teachers will benefit the school system. Such leave shall only be granted on an in service day and shall be at no additional cost to the School Board. Upon request by the Association, the Superintendent may grant leave to an individual who represents the Association when the Superintendent deems the purpose of the leave to support the mission of the Board. The Association agrees to reimburse the Board for the costs of providing substitutes. Travel expenses shall not be paid by the Board.

  • Professional Day The period set forth in the Professional Day Article.

  • Professional Services Fees You agree to pay us the professional services fees in the amounts set forth in the Investment Summary. Those amounts are payable in accordance with our Invoicing and Payment Policy. You acknowledge that the fees stated in the Investment Summary are good-faith estimates of the amount of time and materials required for your implementation. We will bill you the actual fees incurred based on the in-scope services provided to you. Any discrepancies in the total values set forth in the Investment Summary will be resolved by multiplying the applicable hourly rate by the quoted hours.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.
