Duty Free Lunch. All employees shall be entitled to a duty-free, uninterrupted lunch period of at least thirty (30) consecutive minutes. Employees shall not be required to deliver or pick up their students during this time.
Duty Free Lunch. The School Division will provide each teacher assigned work for five (5) hours or longer a thirty (30) minute rest period during each five (5) hours worked.
