Period of Services. Unless otherwise stated herein, the Consultant will begin work after receipt of a properly executed copy of this Agreement. This Agreement assumes conditions permitting continuous and orderly progress through completion of the services. Times for performance shall be extended as necessary for delays or suspensions due to circumstances that the Consultant does not control. If such delay or suspension extends for more than six months, Consultant’s compensation shall be renegotiated.

This Agreement shall be applicable to all services authorized by LOCAL AUTHORITY and DEPARTMENT and accepted by CONSULTANT for the period stated in this contract subsequent to the effective date and completion date in Sections 12, 13 and 25. All authorized services shall be governed by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Upon mutual agreement of the parties, this Agreement may be extended, re-negotiated, or terminated pursuant to Sections 12 and 13.
Period of Services. County shall not be liable for costs incurred or performances rendered by Contractor before or after the term of this Contract.

Period of Services. 1. Provided that Residence Hall space is available, the University agrees to furnish the organizing group bedroom spaces in a residence hall. Rooms for study periods, group activities, etc. are not available in the residence halls and are not included in the bedroom space agreement. The University reserves the right to assign multiple groups to each hall.
Period of Services. 3.1 Unless otherwise provided on Exhibit A, the term of this Agreement shall commence on the date hereof and continue until the Work is completed to the TOWN's reasonable satisfaction.

Period of Services. St. Xxxx shall provide each Service until June 30, 2003 or such shorter period as may be specified in the applicable Service schedule attached hereto (each such period, the "MAXIMUM SERVICE PERIOD" for such Service), PROVIDED that, for each Service, St. Xxxx shall in good faith consider requests by Platinum to extend the time period for provision of the Service beyond the Maximum Service Period in light of the circumstances at the time of such request. St. Xxxx and Platinum shall agree upon the terms that will govern the provision of the particular Service to be so provided at the time that Platinum makes such request.
