Product Manager. (i) DMI shall provide one key person (“Product Manager”) who shall be totally dedicated to the exploitation of the Masters.
Product Manager. Auxilium and GSK will each identify an individual with appropriate authority to serve as the primary contact with the other Party about the Product and the Parties’ relationship under this Agreement (each a “Product Manager”). Each Party’s Product Manager will generally be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of each of the respective Parties with respect to the commercialization of the Product and coordinating each respective Party’s internal resources in order to facilitate collaboration between the Parties under this Agreement.
Product Manager. An initial activity of the JCC will be the approval of a Quintiles Personnel as the primary product manager for the Product (the "Product Manager") to coordinate and/or commence Marketing Services and other marketing activities, including participation with and supporting the JCC in the design of the pre- and post-launch Marketing Plan. Quintiles will recommend for Discovery's approval a qualified employee for this role, who shall be assigned full-time, unless otherwise agreed by the JCC. The Product Manager shall report to a Quintiles Personnel of suitable experience and stature within Quintiles and shall aggressively drive marketing and related pre- and post-launch recommendations. As appropriate, the Product Manager will recommend to the JCC when additional resources are needed, on a dedicated or non-dedicated basis, to optimize marketing results. As a component of pre-launch marketing activities, the Product Manager will recommend to the JCC solutions on a variety of ancillary relationships, including, but not limited to distribution relationships. The Marketing Plan shall include the costs related to the services of the Product Manager at his or her usual and customary hourly rate and the reasonable expenses of the Product
Product Manager. Lundbeck shall at the latest one (1) year before it --------------- anticipates the start of the first Marketing Year appoint a product manager for the Licensed Products who shall have, as one of his/her major responsibilities, the marketing of Licensed Products and who shall as of the appointment be the focal person for future contacts between Lundbeck and Centaur. Centaur will identify a contact person for this function. Either party may replace such product manager or contact by giving thirty (30) days prior written notice to the other.
Product Manager. Distributor will nominate a product manager to handle all marketing aspects of RiT Products (the “Product Manager”). The individual must be an engineer or an experienced technician with background in networking, LANs and cabling systems.

At SJ Pharma’s option and in its sole discretion, SJ Pharma may appoint an experienced sales or marketing professional within its organization to serve as Product manager for the Products and may send this individual to Stellar’s place of business for Products training. Stellar agrees to train the SJ Pharma sales team at any national launch meeting at no cost to SJ Pharma. The date of this meeting may be determined by SJ Pharma but Stellar will have at least 45 days prior written notice to schedule a qualified and appropriate person to conduct the initial training. Product Manager. MGC agrees to assign a named product manager to CPL's account to manage communications and for general liaison proposes.
Product Manager. At all times during the Term, distributor shall provide Scholastic with a "Product Manager" who shall be primarily (though not exclusively) dedicated to the Translated Products and who shall be satisfactory to Scholastic. The Product Manager shall be a designated individual employee of distributor who shall be available to Scholastic during Distributor's regular business hours. The Product Manager shall maintain continuous, but not necessarily daily, contact with such personnel of Scholastic as Scholastic may from time to time designate, shall be fully familiar with Scholastic's method of operation in general and the Scholastic Products in particular, shall coordinate the performance by distributor of its obligations under this Agreement, and shall promptly respond to all Scholastic inquiries, both oral and written.
