TIPS Administration Fee Sample Clauses

The TIPS Administration Fee clause defines the charges imposed by the TIPS organization for managing and facilitating the procurement process. Typically, this fee is calculated as a percentage of the total contract value and is paid by the awarded vendor, either as a one-time payment or on a recurring basis, depending on the agreement. The core function of this clause is to ensure that TIPS is compensated for its administrative services, thereby supporting the ongoing operation and oversight of the procurement program.
