The customer is obliged not to use the services of IQ abusively, above all not to offer any illegal content (e.g. immoral, criminal or anything which violates the law), to provide it in any other way, and not to acquire the offered content illegally. Furthermore, the customer has to ensure that neither users nor potential users of the value-added service receive unsolicited adverts, telephone calls or any other unsolicited message. The customer ensures that the information and value-added services offered are not subject to copyrights, related rights or other rights of third parties and are allowed to be offered on the respective market by the customer or the content provider.

Preventing Misuse. In order to prevent misuse of your Accounts through Online Banking, you agree to promptly examine your statement for each of your Accounts as soon as you receive the statement(s). You agree to protect the confidentiality of your account and account number and your personal identification information, such as your driver’s license number and Social Security number. You understand that personal identification information by itself, or together with information related to your account, may allow unauthorized access to your account. Your Password and login identification are intended to provide security against unauthorized entry and access to your Accounts. When connecting, connected to or using the System, you agree to ensure that no unauthorized person(s) have access to your computer or electronic device. If you fail to maintain direct control and supervision over your computer or electronic device or otherwise fail to ensure that no unauthorized persons have access to your computer or electronic device when connecting, connected to or using the System, you agree that any use of the System utilizing your password is not unauthorized use, and the bank and any other entities involved in the design, development or operation of the system are not responsible for any loss, expense, injury, cost or damage resulting from any access obtained to account information or any transactions conducted on any account, to the extent permitted by law. Data transferred through Online Banking is encrypted in an effort to provide transmission security, and Online Banking utilizes identification technology to verify that the sender and receiver of Online Banking transmissions can be appropriately identified by each other.   • Illegal Dumping The Contractor shall ensure that it and all of its Subcontractors and assigns prevent illegal dumping of litter in accordance with Title 5, Texas Health and Safety Code, Chapter 365.

  • Accidents and Dangerous Occurrences The Hirer must report all accidents involving injury to the public to a member of the Village Hall management committee as soon as possible and complete the relevant section in the Village Hall’s accident book. Any failure of equipment belonging to the Village Hall or brought in by the Hirer must also be reported as soon as possible. Certain types of accident or injury must be reported on a special form to the local authority. The Hall Secretary will give assistance in completing this form. This is in accordance with the Reporting of Injuries, Diseases and Dangerous Occurrences Regulations 1995 (RIDDOR).

  • Prohibition on Political Activity with City Funds In accordance with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G, Contractor may not participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure (collectively, “Political Activity”) in the performance of the services provided under this Agreement. Contractor agrees to comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12.G and any implementing rules and regulations promulgated by the City’s Controller. The terms and provisions of Chapter 12.G are incorporated herein by this reference. In the event Contractor violates the provisions of this section, the City may, in addition to any other rights or remedies available hereunder, (i) terminate this Agreement, and (ii) prohibit Contractor from bidding on or receiving any new City contract for a period of two (2) years. The Controller will not consider Contractor’s use of profit as a violation of this section.

  • No Injunctions or Restraints; Illegality No order, injunction or decree issued by any court or agency of competent jurisdiction or other legal restraint or prohibition preventing the consummation of the Merger or any of the other transactions contemplated by this Agreement shall be in effect. No statute, rule, regulation, order, injunction or decree shall have been enacted, entered, promulgated or enforced by any Governmental Entity which prohibits or makes illegal consummation of the Merger.

  • Prohibition on Use of Public Funds for Political Activity In performing the Services, Contractor shall comply with San Francisco Administrative Code Chapter 12G, which prohibits funds appropriated by the City for this Agreement from being expended to participate in, support, or attempt to influence any political campaign for a candidate or for a ballot measure. Contractor is subject to the enforcement and penalty provisions in Chapter 12G.

  • Prohibition (1) Section 889(a)(1)(A) of the Xxxx X. XxXxxx National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 (Pub. L. 115-232) prohibits the head of an executive agency on or after August 13, 2019, from procuring or obtaining, or extending or renewing a contract to procure or obtain, any equipment, system, or service that uses covered telecommunications equipment or services as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system. Nothing in the prohibition shall be construed to—

  • Illegal Drugs A. The use or possession of an illegal drug or controlled substance by an employee on duty is cause for suspension or termination, and/or referral for criminal prosecution.

  • DISTURBANCES Tenant and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit for any of the following: Occupancy exceeding the agreed upon number people, using the premises for any illegal activity, causing damage to the premises rented or to any of the neighboring properties and any other acts which interferes with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their premises. HOLD HARMLESS iTrip or the Owner, does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of God, or other reasons beyond its control.
