In addition, the Lessor shall have the option to take such action as Lessor deems necessary to ensure compliance with this paragraph and any costs associated with the Lessor's action shall be reimbursed by the Lessee to the Lessor upon demand. The Lessor may hire a security firm or take whatever other measures it deems necessary to enforce this agreement at Lessee's cost.
