Access to Online Banking. In addition to the hardware and software requirements above and having an Account with us, in order to use Online Banking, you must have an Access ID and Password. Once you have completed the first time login screen, you will be asked to reset your Password. Thereafter, you may change your Password at any time. We recommend that you change your Password regularly and memorize it. Do not write it down. It is your responsibility to remember your Password; we do not maintain a record of it. Your new Password should be 8-16 characters and must contain ALL the following; at least 1 number, 1 letter, and one special character (such as @, #, $, %, etc…). You are able to reset your Password through Online Banking or by contacting Heritage Bank’s Deposit Services Department at (000) 000-0000 extension 3989. In some cases a token will be given to users for additional security. This token is used in conjunction with an Access ID. The bank will provide these tokens to each user. You agree to take appropriate steps to ensure that your Access ID and Password/Token are protected and kept confidential.

Access to Online Banking. A User will need a personal computer, tablet or mobile device and access to the Internet to use Online Banking. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of any software, computer, or device. We will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service, Internet service, software installation on your computer. System requirements You must have a valid email address and telephone number. The computer you use must meet the following requirements: • Microsoft Windows 10 or Mac OS 10.10 • Available browser updates applied for improved security that provide anti-virus and spyware protection • An internet connection with a minimum of 1 Mbps downloads speed. Satellite connections often have difficultly supporting encrypted, Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) applications. If we reasonably anticipate that Online Banking may be unavailable for an extended period of time, we will post a message. However, we do not guarantee the availability of Online Banking on all computers, on all networks, or at all times. In no event, shall we be liable for any damages due to the inability to access Online Banking, any particular Online Banking function, to execute transactions through Online Banking, or to receive information through Online Banking. You may choose to use a third party’s financial management software, in connection with Online Banking. You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid and separate license agreement with the provider of your software. The Bank is not responsible for any losses related to errors, failures, misapplications, or malfunctions of your Computer or your Software, or to any computer virus or malicious software affecting your Computer or Software.
Access to Online Banking. You may access our Online Banking Service through your computer or Mobile Device. You may also access some features of our Online Banking Service using financial management software that you may have obtained independently through another Service Provider. To use our Online Banking Service, you need the Security Credentials that we issue you, and the required hardware and software which is described in detail in the Online Banking Help section of XXX.xxx. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer or the Mobile Device used to access Online Banking and any of its Services. You acknowledge that you may be assessed fees by your Internet service provider or Mobile Device service provider when you access Online Banking. We are not responsible for payment of those fees. We are not able to provide any assurance that you will be able to access Online Banking from a foreign country, especially if you are attempting to access Online Banking through a Mobile Device.
Access to Online Banking. Company has no rights to the System, or any copies thereof, except for the right to use the System as specifically described by Bank. Title and ownership rights to the System (including patent, copyright, and trade secret property rights) remain with Bank, its third party licensor, or Designated Service Provider. If a System Manager, System User or anyone using Login Credentials is not an authorized signer on the Account, Company specifically acknowledges its agreement to indemnify and hold harmless Bank from acts of all non-signatory persons. Regardless of Company’s written instructions to Bank, Company authorizes Bank to allow access to Accounts and to execute the transactions requested by a System Manager, System User or anyone using Login Credentials.
Access to Online Banking. Subject to the Terms herein, the User is granted permission to access and use Online Banking through the Website to manage its Eligible Accounts as hereinafter defined. Access to the Website is available only to consumer Users submitting an original, executed Online Banking Services Agreement, which is accepted by Bank Leumi, and commercial entity Users submitting an original, executed Online Banking Services Agreement, and an Authorization, accepted by Bank Xxxxx, designating a customer administrator ("Customer Administrator") who will be granted authority to delegate and assign Website access rights and permissions to users on behalf the commercial entity. Authorized Account Owners For consumer Users, if an Eligible Account is owned by more than one person, each such person individually is an authorized account owner and has the right to provide Bank Leumi with instructions, make any decision, obtain any information or make any request associated with the Eligible Account and related Online Banking services, to the extent provided for herein. Bank Leumi may rely and act upon the instructions of any authorized account owner. If Bank Xxxxx provides notice to one Joint Owner, all Joint Owners are deemed to have received notice. Access to certain Online Banking services may require Joint Owners to have a separate and unique log in. Eligible Accounts for purposes of Online Banking include authorized owner's savings, checking, money market and investment accounts but do not include: Payable on Death (POD) or In Trust For (ITF) accounts; trust accounts; custodial accounts; estate accounts; or Individual Retirement Accounts. For commercial entity Users, a duly authenticated and completed Authorization must be delivered to and accepted by Bank Xxxxx in order to grant individuals designated therein access to Online Banking.
Access to Online Banking. You may access our Online Banking through your computer or Mobile Devices. You may also access some features of Online Banking using financial management software that you may have obtained independently through another Service Provider. Online Banking allows individuals Users to be given individual User Rights. The User Rights assigned to you will determine which features of Online Banking you will have access to and what activities you will be able to perform on Online Banking. All features will not be available to all Users. To use Online Banking, you need the Security Credentials that have been issued to you by UMB or your Security Administrator, and the required hardware and software which is described in detail in the Online Banking Help section of XXX.xxx. You are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and operation of your computer or the Mobile Device used to access Online Banking and any of its Services. You acknowledge that you may be assessed fees by your Internet service provider or Mobile Device service provider when you access Online Banking. We are not responsible for payment of those fees. We are not able to provide any assurance that you will be able to access Online Banking from a foreign country, especially if you are attempting to access Online Banking through a Mobile Device.
Access to Online Banking. An Authorized Representative of a Business can enroll in Online Banking by completing the necessary Service Request and specifying a Security Administrator. The Security Administrator will have the ability to edit the Company Policy. If the Business does not specify a Security Administrator certain features of Online Banking will be unavailable. The Authorized Representative, Security Administrator, and any Service Representative or User will be provided Security Credentials and have access to the Services in Online Banking as directed in the Service Request and the Company Policy by the Security Administrator. Any Business that uses Online Banking acknowledges that any Authorized Representative who is given access to the client’s Security Credentials will be able to view and/or transact business on any linked Accounts within that profile. If an individual who does business as sole proprietor establishes a business Online Banking profile, certain personal accounts of the sole proprietor may also be linked through the Service Request, and any User of Online Banking may have access to the sole proprietor’s linked personal accounts, including the ability to view account balances, transaction history and to initiate account transactions. You agree to notify us immediately either through the communicate features within Online Banking or at the telephone number for Online Banking Customer Support at the number shown at the end of this Agreement if any User's authority over any Account changes, such as when a User leaves your employment or when a User’s job responsibilities change and that person should no longer have Account access through Online Banking. We are not liable for transactions that may be initiated by a User after the User’s authority over any Account has changed and that you claim were unauthorized unless we have been notified of the change in authority and have had a reasonable opportunity to take action in response to that notice. You agree that our providing access to Accounts through the Security Credentials we issue to you are reasonable security procedures for the protection of your Accounts and are reasonable means to ensure the authenticity of payments and transfers made through the Service. You agree to keep your Security Credentials confidential and agree to not share your Security Credentials with any other person.
