Related Rights. In accordance with Article 23 of Directive 2004/38/EC, irrespective of nationality, the family members of a Union citizen or United Kingdom national who have the right of residence or the right of permanent residence in the host State or the State of work shall be entitled to take up employment or self-employment there.
Related Rights. To the extent that Consultant owns or controls (presently or in the future) any patent rights, copyright rights, mask work rights, trade secret rights, or any other intellectual property or proprietary rights that may block or interfere with, or may otherwise be required for, the exercise by Company of the rights assigned to Company under this Agreement (collectively, “Related Rights”), Consultant hereby grants or will cause to be granted to Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual, transferable, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon, distribute, sublicense, display, perform and transmit any products, software, hardware, methods or materials of any kind that are covered by such Related Rights, to the extent necessary to enable Company to exercise all of the rights assigned to Company under this Agreement.

Related Rights. 1. Further to Article 1.2 (Relation to Other Agreements), the Parties affirm their existing rights and obligations under the WIPO Performances and Phonograms Treaty (1996).
Related Rights. In its discretion, the Bank or any other Secured Party may at any time or times take or retain possession of any or all instruments or certificates representing or evidencing any Collateral. Upon any default by you or any of you in the payment of any Indebtedness, the Bank or any other Secured Party may in its discretion block, “freeze,” withhold, and retain any or all accounts, deposits, funds, and other assets constituting Collateral, and thereafter, for so long as the pledge hereunder remains in effect, any Collateral capable of being renewed or re - deposited shall, unless such Secured Party otherwise elects, automatically be renewed and re-deposited continually. While the pledge hereunder remains in effect, any renewal, new, substituted, or additional assets (and any instruments, receipts, and other documents evidencing such assets) which are issued or otherwise arise in respect of any Collateral shall constitute additional Collateral and be subject to the terms of this pledge. The Bank is hereby authorized to notify any other Secured Party of the pledge hereunder, and to direct that such pledge be recorded on the books of other such Secured Party, and that such other Secured Party, in writing, accept and agree to the terms of this pledge. You hereby authorize each Secured Party to file any financing statements, continuation statements, or other documents or instruments which, in the such Secured Party’s judgment, evidence, perfect, or protect such Secured Party’s security interest hereunder; such Secured Party is hereby authorized to file any such documents without your signature(s) in any public offices in any jurisdictions, and to debit any account of yours for all costs of such filings. Each Secured Party is also authorized to debit any account of yours and to increase the Indebtedness secured hereby in the amount of all costs (including any attorneys’ fees, whether incurred at trial, on appeal, or without litigation) of any sale, setoff, or other disposition of or realization on any Collateral hereunder. No Secured Party shall be liable for the dishonor of any item due to insufficient funds in any account of yours resulting from any application, setoff, or blocking of funds pursuant to this pledge.
Related Rights. Only the Collateral Agent is entitled to receive and exercise the Related Rights pledged pursuant hereto. The Collateral Agent hereby authorises the Pledgor to receive Dividends (as envisaged by Article 3:246 paragraph 4 Dutch Civil Code). The Collateral Agent is entitled to revoke this authorisation if an Enforcement Event has occurred and is continuing.

Each Party shall accord the rights provided for in this Chapter with respect to performers and producers of phonograms to the performers and producers of phonograms who are nationals of the other Party and to performances or phonograms first published or first fixed in the territory of the other Party. A performance or phonogram shall be considered first published in the territory of a Party in which it is published within 30 days of its original publication.10
Related Rights uKarma will also have the right, but not the obligation, to use Writer’s name, approved photo or likeness, and approved biographical information, in connection with the packaging, advertising, promotion or publicity of the Book. Writer will, upon request, submit to uKarma photos and/or biographical information for such use. Any use of Writer’s name or likeness in connection with another commercially exploited product related to the Book (e.g., DVD’s and merchandise) will require negotiation by the parties in good faith of appropriate compensation for such use (taking into account the nature of the product, the circumstances, and industry custom and practice).
