Police Uniforms. 15.2.1 The cost of the purchase of uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems, and cards required by the District shall be borne by the District.

Police Uniforms. 13.10.1 The uniforms, equipment, identification badges, emblems and cards required to be worn by the unit member shall be a District expense. Uniform, accessories and related equipment are required to be worn while on duty; exceptions are subject to the express consent of the Chief of Police.
Police Uniforms. New employees assigned as patrol officers of Police and Public Safety will be provided two (2) pairs of pants, three (3) long sleeve shirts, three (3) short sleeve shirts, one (1) summer polo type shirt, one (1) pair of summer shorts, one (1) sweater, one (1) winter jacket, a belt, a tie, collar brass, one pair of boots and a whistle chain to be worn as uniforms while working. If other employees assigned to the Police and Public Safety Department are required to wear uniform clothing items, those items will be provided by the College. Employees are responsible for maintaining and cleaning uniforms and may request new uniforms as needed.
Police Uniforms. This is a thirty-six (36) month contract. Prices shall be firm as offered for the first twelve (12) months of the contract. Contractor may adjust prices once a year only. Said adjustment shall be based on the "Producer Price Indexes" for net Wholesale Price of Men's and Boy's Suits and Coats, sub-category: Men’s Suits - Code No. 2311-1 of the Producer Price Index, a publication of the United States Department of Labor, Bureau of Labor Statistics. The Contractor must give the Purchaser a written notice with a sample of the calculation and a copy of the “Producer Price Indexes” for net Wholesale Price of Men’s and “Boy’s Suits and Coats, sub-category: Men’s Suites Code No: 2311-1. The bid price in the proposal shall be adjusted as follows: SPECIAL CONDITIONS (Continued) The bid price is subject to a price adjustment effective on the anniversary date of the start of the contract, provided the vendor gives the City a thirty (30) day written notice. This increase or decrease in the base price shall be in proportion to the percent (%) change (increase or decrease) in the latest unadjusted wholesale price in the above referenced indices. Subsequent annual adjustment shall be calculated based on the index used in the previous adjustment and the index three (3) months prior to the month of adjustment.

  • WORK UNIFORMS Employees who are required to wear uniforms as a condition of employment shall be furnished such uniforms by the Appointing Authority. Proper maintenance of uniforms is an employee responsibility unless they are currently maintained by the Employer or unless required by statute or other regulatory agencies because of contamination (see Article 22). Uniforms shall not be used for off-duty activity by the employee.

  • Uniforms If an employee is required, by the Employer, to wear a uniform, such uniform shall be issued to the employee.

  • UNIFORMS AND SAFETY EQUIPMENT 214. For employees required by the Appointing Officer to wear a uniform, beginning in fiscal year 2006-2007 and continuing for the duration of this Agreement, the City agrees to provide a uniform allowance each year in the amount of eight hundred fifty dollars ($850). The City will pay the uniform allowance in the payroll that includes September 1 of each year. Represented employees must be on duty status or approved leave on each September 1 to be eligible for the uniform allowance. Any eligible employee hired on or after March 1 will receive fifty percent (50%) of the uniform allowance that year.

  • School Nurses The salary of a nurse with a graduate nursing degree will be 90% of the XX Xxxx of Schedule A. The salary of a nurse with a BS Nursing Degree will be the same as the XX Xxxx of Schedule A.

  • UNIFORMS AND TOOLS The Employer agrees to furnish and supply all its employees, without cost, laundered aprons and uniforms and such tools as are necessary in the discharge of their work and also service such tools at no cost to the employees.

  • UNIFORMS AND CLOTHING (a) Each employee shall receive a standard uniform issue as defined in the Vermont State Police Operations Manual, which shall include a dress blouse.
