Human Resources Written Answer. Within 14 calendar days after delivery of the written appeal, the grievant or an Association representative will arrange to meet with the Executive Director of Human Resources or his/her designee to discuss the disputed issue(s) in the grievance. Absent agreement for a longer period, the meeting shall be held within 14 calendar days after delivery of the written appeal. The Association and the College may each have up to three additional people present to participate in the discussion. Within 14 calendar days from the date of the Level Two meeting the Executive Director of Human Resources or designee will reply with a written answer to the appeal.
