Training and Technical Assistance. COALITION will notify PROVIDER of the availability of training, technical assistance, and other targeted assistance in support of the provision of quality VPK services. COALITION will offer technical assistance for providers on probation. The technical assistance will be designed to facilitate the development and implementation of an improvement plan. The technical assistance will be offered in a manner and schedule prescribed by the COALITION or school district.

Training and Technical Assistance. To assist Licensee in exercising its rights hereunder, Licensor agrees to provide appropriate training and technical assistance to Licensee, its employees and its permitted sublicensees, in order for the Licensee to utilize the licensed technology appropriately to their full potential. Such training and assistance shall be provided by Licensor from time to time, for training purposes at Licensee's facilities. Travel costs, lodging and all related expenses incurred by one party, in connection with sending its employees or permitted sublicensees to the other party's location, shall be paid in full by the party requesting the training or technical assistance. However, the Licensee acknowledges hereunder that said training obligation of the Licensor may be limited by the availability of its training and technical personnel;
Training and Technical Assistance. 7.1 Licensor shall permit Licensee’s suitably qualified employees to visit Licensor’s premises for the purpose of receiving training in the technique and process used by Licensor for the Software at no charge for two (2) months from the Effective Date, after such two (2) months period, the technical assistance fee as set by the Parties shall be charged. The first of such training shall take place as soon as practicable upon execution of this Agreement. Thereafter, training shall be provided by Licensor at the reasonable request of Licensee.

Training and Technical Assistance. The signatory agencies of the Local Interagency Agreement have long been committed to collaborative methods of training. To this end, trainings have been provided in the community for all EI participants in a wide variety of settings on a wide variety of topics. Wherever possible, information has been shared across agencies and efforts made to include parents and outside agency staff. CMSU and CSIU agencies solicit input from service providers in order to develop community-training plans. Additionally, training topics are related to newly developing community trends or needs. Input from the LICC is solicited in the development of annual training plans. The undersigned agencies, in collaboration, will continue to assist and encourage parents and families in accessing training opportunities. Wherever possible, trainings are offered at no cost to participants. All families receiving early intervention services are notified of local ICC training programs. On-site childcare is typically available and assistance with transportation can be arranged. Multiple training sites throughout the four county areas are used. Local families are encouraged to attend any appropriate state meetings and a budget category has been established to assist with expenses. Where families are eligible through other funding streams, there is a commitment to access those funds to provide additional training dollars. Partner agencies will bring all training opportunities to meetings in order that the information can be shared with other agencies. Each agency will, in turn, share training opportunities with parents. Whenever possible, and with family permission, agency staff will attempt to assist parents who are attending a conference to coordinate with other parents or agency staff who may be attending the same conference. Of real value to our community has been the commitment of our families to assist our staff in understanding the challenges families face on a daily basis. Parent volunteers have presented panel discussions on a wide variety of topics and will continue to share their expertise with the community in a variety of ways including the sharing of issues at in-service programs for both CSIU and CMSU. Training and Technical Assistance. CONTRACTOR providing MH/DD/SA services paid for with State and/or federal block grant funds shall attend all Orientation Sessions as determined by the LME/PIHP at no cost to the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall attend all mandatory trainings related to Business practices at no charge to the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall attend at its cost clinical trainings provided/sponsored by the LME/PIHP or by outside Parties required by provisions of this Contract, accreditation and/or licensure requirements. The CONTRACTOR shall demonstrate to the LME/PIHP its application of training information received in the delivery of services and compliance with the provisions of this Contract.

Training and Technical Assistance. As a licensed PROVIDER, the PROVIDER is charged with rendering quality child development services and for undergoing training at his/her own initiative. SCOE will provide technical assistance to the PROVIDER to facilitate compliance with required national and state standards and regulations. SCOE will provide PROVIDERs with the opportunity to attend Professional Development Trainings at no cost in early child development, implementation of curriculum, working with children with disabilities, effective communication with children and their families, safety, sanitation, hygiene, health practices and CPR/First Aid, child abuse and neglect and USDA child food program. SCOE will support the provider using the practice-based coaching model. This model is used to support effective teaching practices for providers. Based on FCCERS, DRDP data, and individual child goals, SCOE provides monthly on- site mentor coaching and activity planning assistance.
Training and Technical Assistance. NCDHHS will establish and implement core competencies and training requirements consistent with professional standards from accepted accreditation or certification entities such as the North Carolina Association of People Supporting Employment First (NC APSE), Association of Community Rehabilitation Educators (ACRE), or other similarly recognized organizations for job developers, job coaches, discovery leaders, and case managers who are responsible for the provision of Individual Supported Employment and other services that allow people to work in CIE. NCDHHS will contract with technical assistance providers to provide leadership, training, and technical assistance to employment providers and state staff.
Training and Technical Assistance. DMAHS’s Office of Eligibility Policy and its field staff will provide assistance and guidance related to eligibility determinations by CWA, and will provide certain eligibility training for CWA trainers as necessary. CWA shall have staff trainers to provide DMAHS’s trainings to the CWA staff. CWA shall be responsible for timely training all CWA users and workforce, maintaining records of such training, and promptly training new staff as needed for activities performed under this MOU. CWA agrees to provide all annual or biennial training to CWA Users and CWA staff including:  Biennial NVRA training after initial training (within 60 days of start date);  Annual HIPAA privacy training;  Annual securing the workplace training;  Annual IRS training in FTI (for those with any access to FTI; available from IRS online); and  Any other training required by County, State or federal government for the functions performed by the CWA.
