Persons excluded from the bargaining unit shall not displace, prevent the recall of or cause a reduction in hours for any bargaining unit employees. SCHEDULE F: PLANT CLOSURE LANGUAGE In the event that the Brantford Plant closes operations the following provisions will take affect for those who lose their employment as a result of the closure. The Company will notify the Union, two (2) months in advance of any pending closure of the Brantford plant and will enter into meaningful negotiations for the purpose of negotiating a complete severance package.   • Persons Bound This Subscription Agreement shall, except as otherwise provided herein, inure to the benefit of and be binding on the Company and its successors and assigns and on each Subscriber and his respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns.

  • PERSONS COVERED This Agreement shall apply to persons who are residents of one or both of the Contracting States.

  • Covered Persons Training All Covered Persons shall receive at least three hours of training during the first Reporting Period. Training may be completed in-person or online. These training requirements may be satisfied only by the completion of training courses that are submitted to OIG, prior to registration for the training course, for review and approval. At a minimum, the required training sessions must include the following topics:

  • HELP FOR PERSONS AFFECTED BY ALCOHOL AND/OR OTHER DRUGS The OH&S Committee and management will provide information and assistance to persons seeking help for alcohol/drug problems or related problems, confidentially and without prejudice. • Sick leave or leave without pay may be negotiated to enable participation in rehabilitation or counselling. • No-one will be disadvantaged in the workplace as a result of undertaking a rehabilitation program.
