Process Improvement. The Company agrees that it will establish a working group involving Union Representatives and other employees to address productivity issues. The aim of the group would be to develop systems improvement in the workplace. Such improvements may or may not lead to further wage increases.

Process Improvement. This clause applies over and above the requirements of an Officers Position Description. A one off payment would be made upon demonstration to the satisfaction of MANEX of an improvement to work process which reflects in measurable dollar savings, productivity or customer service improvements above that contemplated in this agreement. This would comprise a maximum of 70/30 arrangement being up to 70% Business Unit and Minimum 30% Council and the financial savings would need to be demonstrated prior to any one off payment. The ratio of payment would be negotiated with the Management Representative taking into consideration;  The risk of the proposed saving not occurring  Risk in the reduction in the level of quality of the service provided  Capital required for the process improvement The payment shall not be more than 20% of the Business Unit salaries budget and a maximum percentage of 70% of the savings being paid as determined by the Business Unit. When ever a payment is agreed and then implemented it shall be agreed by Manex and the Business Unit and be specifically documented in accordance with Clause 30.4 “Additional Business Unit Agreements.”
Process Improvement. Boeing and Seller agree to work together to identify areas of improvement which affect the manufacturing and assembly process at Seller's facility, Sellers's subcontractor's facilities and Boeing's Facilities. Manufacturing and assembly process improvements include but are not limited to inventory turn rates, lead time reductions, contracting strategies, set up reductions, and lot size reduction. Boeing and Seller agree to use the following metrics to evaluate improvement.

Process Improvement. Flextronics agrees to provide Agilent with Quarterly information on process improvements. Flextronics will maintain an acceptable documented quality system (e.g., ISO 9002 certified quality program or equivalent) at each authorized Flextronics site specified in Exhibit K to manufacture Products and any additional quality requirements agreed by Flextronics and Agilent as specified in the Addendum. Flextronics' program will include monitoring the manufacturing processes, statistical process control, corrective action analysis of returned Product and repairs, define failure modes, improving materials and procurement processes, component traceability for critical Components, and implementation of corrective actions.
Process Improvement. Following the manufacture of the Tech Transfer Batches, Perrigo will perform certain laboratory services for the improvement and optimization of the Manufacturing Process in the scope defined and set forth in Annex E (the "Process Improvement Scope") and in the timeframes set forth therein. The Process Improvement Scope will be completed by March 31, 2016 (subject to delays caused solely by Galmed or any third party on its behalf, which will, to the extent reasonably possible and subject to Pxxxxxx'x production schedule, delay the aforementioned date in the least amount of days). Perrigo will perform the Process Improvement Scope in a timely, professional and diligent manner, however, for removal of doubt, it is noted that Perrigo cannot warrant or guarantee the successful outcome of the Process Improvement Scope. During the Process Improvement Scope period, upon Galmed's request Perrigo shall keep Galmed informed of the progress of the Process Improvement (by way of an update by phone every two weeks, and monthly report, and a final report), and shall provide Galmed with all information it reasonably requests from time to time in connection therewith. In the final report with respect to the Process Improvement Scope, Perrigo shall put into writing all the information regarding the Process Improvement Scope as detailed in Annex E, including a detailed report on how the manufacturing process was made more efficient, the steps that were taken, a list of the suppliers, a list of other outsourced contractors, copies of lab reports, lab notebooks and logs, as well as any other information related to the Process Improvement Scope reasonably requested by Galmed. Within a week following the completion of the Process Improvement, and prior to the manufacture by Perrigo of the Scale-Up Batches, Perrigo shall provide Galmed with a sample of the API produced, in order for Galmed to test such samples and confirm that it complies with the Specifications. Galmed shall test such samples and provide Perrigo with its written input within thirty (30) days from the receipt thereof.
Process Improvement. The participation of each site in process improvement-including the sharing of best practices - is essential to the success of the program.
