PERSONS COVERED. The Plan covers me and the household members listed in my Application, so long as they remain full-time residents of the specified household. New household members may be added, household members may be deleted or the household location may be changed by written notice to Dignity Health St. Xxxxxxxxx Community Hospital effective the day following receipt by Dignity Health St. Xxxxxxxxx Community Hospital of such notice.   • Professional Persons means all Persons retained by order of the Bankruptcy Court in connection with the Reorganization Cases, pursuant to sections 327, 328, 330 or 1103 of the Bankruptcy Code, excluding any ordinary course professionals retained pursuant to order of the Bankruptcy Court.

  • Professional liability insurance means insurance against legal liability incident to the practice of a profession and provision of a professional service.

  • Parent Indemnified Parties has the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).
