Payment of Compensation and Expenses. The compensation of the Trustee, payable by the Employer or directly from the Plan assets, shall be determined by agreement wherein the Employer shall entitle the Trustee to receive a reasonable rate of compensation for services rendered in the performance of duties as Trustee. All reasonable expenses necessarily incurred by the Trustee in the performance of its duties shall also be agreed to and shall be paid by the Employer or upon approval of the Plan Administrator directly from Plan assets. The cost of any bond required of the Trustee in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, or as may be required by the Plan Administrator, shall be paid by the Employer or directly from Plan assets.
Payment of Compensation and Expenses. A. COMPENSATION FOR SALE OF PRODUCTS. Allstate shall act as "paying agent" on behalf of LSA for all commissions and other compensation payable by LSA for the sale of Products effected through Representatives.
Payment of Compensation and Expenses. The compensation and reimbursement of the members of the Committee and any costs, fees and expenses of any third parties engaged by the Committee in connection with the performance of its duties as contemplated hereby shall be paid in the following manner:

Within three months after receipt of the transcript referred to in article 17, the competent authority in each country shall determine the amounts to be paid pursuant to article 11. Those amounts and claims payable under articles 12 and 13 shall be paid out of public funds of the country to which the reindeer belong. At the end of each half-year the respective authorities in the two countries shall send each other a statement listing the amounts claimed and settle accounts with each other. If a reindeer owner willfully or negligently causes his reindeer to cross the border, the competent authority shall determine the extent to which the reindeer owner shall be required to reimburse the State for the payment made to the other country under this Convention. Each country shall pay the compensation within one year after the claim is received and cleared. Clearing shall take place within six months after the claim is received. If after six months there still is disagreement on the matter, the case shall be cleared in accordance with the provisions of article 24.
Payment of Compensation and Expenses. Payment or reimbursement of the amounts described in Sections 8.1 through 8.3 above shall be as follows:

The Trustee shall be entitled to receive from the Employer compensation for its services and all reasonable costs and expenses incurred in connection with the administration of the Trust Fund. The compensation of the Trustee shall be as agreed upon from time to time by the Trustee and the Employer; and in the event that Trustee shall be called upon to render any extraordinary services, it shall be entitled to additional compensation. If such compensation, costs and expenses are not paid by the Employer, they shall be paid from the Trust Fund.
Payment of Compensation and Expenses. All such compensation and expenses shall be paid proportionately by the Company based on the value of the benefits payable to Participants for whom the Company has an obligation to make payments under the Plan, but if not paid by the Company shall be a charge against and may be paid from the assets of the trust allocable to such Participants. In the event compensation and expenses are paid from the trust, the Company shall reimburse the trust for any amounts so paid, together with interest and any attorneys' fees and other expenses incurred in obtaining such reimbursement.
Payment of Compensation and Expenses. The Company will pay you compensation for acting in your capacity as Subscription Agent hereunder as set forth on Schedule 1 attached hereto.

As soon as practicable following the end of Xxxxxx Co.'s quarterly accounting periods during the term of this Agreement (but not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the end of each such period), Xxxxxx Co. will deliver a written invoice to RDO separately setting forth the amount of fees and expenses payable hereunder with respect to the immediately preceding quarterly accounting period. Such invoice will be in a form and contain sufficiently detailed supporting information to allow RDO the reasonable opportunity to verify the fees and expenses payable hereunder. RDO will have the right to verify the information in the invoice in the manner provided in Section 2.5 hereof. RDO will pay or reimburse Xxxxxx Co. for the amount of the fees and expenses payable to Xxxxxx Co. hereunder with respect to the immediately preceding quarterly accounting period within a reasonable period of time following RDO's receipt and verification of the periodic invoices from Xxxxxx Co., but in no event later than thirty (30) days after receipt and verification of the invoice. Any questions or disputes between the parties with respect to determinations or calculations relating to the amount of the fees or expenses payable hereunder will be resolved by the independent certified public accounting firm then servicing the books of RDO, whose determinations or calculations will be binding and conclusive upon the parties. The costs of any such resolutions will be borne equally by the parties.
