Paying Agent definition

Paying Agent means any Person authorized by the Company to pay the principal of or any premium or interest on any Securities on behalf of the Company.

The Principal Paying Agent, the other Paying Agents, the Calculation Agent, the Delivery Agent, the Exchange Agent, the Transfer Agents and the Registrar are referred to together as the "Agents".
