Ownership of Equipment. Any equipment purchased by or furnished to the Grantee by the State under this grant agreement is provided on a loan basis only and remains the property of the State.

Ownership of Equipment. 9.01. If any part of the Grant is used to purchase any durable assets or equipment, such assets or equipment shall be transferred upon the completion of the [Project] [Programme] to the Executing Entity/Entities or such other entity as the Designated Authority may designate.
Ownership of Equipment. County shall have and retain ownership and title to all equipment valued over five thousand dollars ($5,000) (including shipping and taxes) purchased by Contractor with County funds under this Agreement. County shall inventory tag all equipment and shall conduct, or require Contractor to conduct, an annual physical inventory of the equipment. Contractor shall make all equipment available to County during normal business hours for tagging or inventory. Contractor shall maintain an Equipment Report listing of all equipment purchased under this Agreement together with bills of sale and any other documents as may be necessary to show clear title and reasonableness of the purchase price. The Equipment Report shall specify the quantity, name, description, purchase price, and date of purchase of all equipment. Annually, Contractor shall submit to the County the Equipment Report. This report is due by July 31 each year and will cover the period from the inception of this Agreement through June 30 of the preceding fiscal year.

For all equipment having a current per unit fair market value of $5,000 or more, STATE shall have the right to require transfer of the equipment (including title) to the Federal Government. These rights will normally be exercised by STATE only if the project or program for which the equipment was acquired is transferred from one grantee to another.
