Overtime (Training. Compensation under this Article shall not be paid for overtime worked by an employee at courses, training sessions, conferences and seminars unless the employee is required to attend by NAV CANADA in which case overtime will require written pre-approval. Entitlement to overtime should be clarified in advance of the training.

Overtime (Training. Employees who are off-duty and attending mandatory training shall be compensated overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Overtime (Training. During local negotiations, the Union expressed a concern regarding the present administration of the Overtime Agreements. Specifically, the Union was concerned about misunderstandings around scheduling, charging, and equalization. To enhance the proper and consistent administration of overtime agreements, the Company and Union are committed to the design and delivery of an Overtime Training Session. This training session will be delivered to Advisors/ Supervisors, Administrative Clerks, and other members of Management as appropriate within ninety (90) days of the ratification of the Local Agreement.
Overtime (Training. Section 1. All employees shall be paid overtime for hours worked over forty (40) hours in a week or over ten (10) hours in a calendar day. If hours count as daily overtime hours they shall not count as weekly overtime hours and vice versa.

  • Safety Training Pursuant to Missouri Revised Statute Section 292.675, Contractors and subcontractors who sign a contract to work on public works projects must provide a 10-hour OSHA construction safety program, or similar program approved by the Department of Labor and Industrial Relations, to be completed by their on-site employees within sixty (60) days of beginning work on the construction project. Contractors and subcontractors in violation of this provision will forfeit to the public body $2,500 plus $100 a day for each employee who is employed without training. Public bodies and contractors may withhold/assess these penalties from the payment due to those contractors and subcontractors if found to be in non-compliance.

  • Staff Training 3.3.5.1 The CONTRACTOR shall provide regular and ongoing comprehensive training for CONTRACTOR staff to ensure that they understand the goals of Centennial Care 2.0, including the integration of physical, Long-Term Care and Behavioral Health, the provisions and limitations of the ABP and the requirements of this Agreement. As issues are identified by the CONTRACTOR and/or HSD, the CONTRACTOR shall provide timely and targeted training to staff.
