Weekly Overtime. An Employee required to work in excess of forty (40) hours per week shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) for the first eight (8) hours of work in excess of the forty (40) hours and double time thereafter.

Weekly Overtime. Time worked on an employee's regularly scheduled days off will be considered overtime and will be paid in the amount of one and one half times (1.5X) his base hourly rate for each hour, or fraction thereof, actually worked.
