Out of Town Travel. (IN PROVINCE) When employees are required to be out of town for a specific project for an extended period of time, the following shall apply:

Out of Town Travel. Client agrees to pay transportation, meals, lodging and all other costs of any necessary out-of-town travel by Attorney’s personnel. Client will also be charged the hourly rates for the time legal personnel spend traveling. NOT APPLICABLEAttorney’s continuing representation unlawful or unethical. When Attorney’s services conclude, all unpaid travel expenses are due from client in full.

Out of Town Travel. (a) When an employee is on approved travel and/or is out of town overnight, actual approved expenses which are supported by receipts will be reimbursed for air, rail public transit, taxi, parking, car rental and reasonable accommodation costs. For the purposes of this provision, out of town travel will be defined as any work which includes an overnight stay and/or travel outside Greater Vancouver for Vancouver based employees or outside Greater Victoria for Vancouver Island employees.

Out of Town Travel. When Bargaining Unit Members are traveling on School District Business, the District shall arrange for and cover the cost of lodging and transportation. In addition, for each day in travel status, the Bargaining Unit Member shall receive the current per diem rate, as established annually by the District, to cover the cost of meals and miscellaneous expenses. Per diem will be prorated for partial travel days. The applicable per diem rate shall be shown on the travel authorization form.
