Approved Expenses definition

Approved Expenses means such expenses for which withdrawals from the POSB CDA are permitted by the Government.
Approved Expenses shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.7(b) hereof.
Approved Expenses means any expenses paid or incurred by the Contractor which Council is required to reimburse or pay to the Contractor under the Contract.

More Definitions of Approved Expenses

Approved Expenses has the meaning given that term in Section 5.3 hereof.
Approved Expenses means reasonable and necessary business expenses incurred by the Consultant in connection with the performance of its services under this Agreement.
Approved Expenses means expenses of the Borrowers or either of them in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases and a carve-out approved by the Bankruptcy Court consisting of (i) fees required to be paid to the Clerk of the Bankruptcy Court and to the Office of the United States Trustee described in the Carve-Out and (ii) fees for legal and other professional services provided by: (w) Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, as restructuring and litigation counsel for the Borrowers in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases; (x) Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor, LLP, as co-counsel and conflicts counsel for the Borrowers; (y) Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc.(d/b/a Stretto), as administrative advisor and claims and noticing agent for the Borrowers; and (z) other advisors or professionals engaged by (A) the Borrowers, with approval of the Lender, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld (including fees of Michael Foreman, in his capacity as independent director of the Borrowers) or (B) any statutory committee formed in connection with the Chapter 11 Cases; in each case, provided such expenses have been allowed by the Bankruptcy Court on an interim or final basis under the Bankruptcy Code. Approved Expenses shall not include Excluded Amounts. For greater certainty, amounts to be paid by the Borrowers in respect of costs, expenses or other compensation contemplated in connection with this Agreement payable to the Lender, whether or not with proceeds of Borrowings, are not Approved Expenses and are not required to be allowed by the Bankruptcy Court.
Approved Expenses means the Contractor’s expenses (if any) which have been approved by the Customer prior to any expenditure being incurred;
Approved Expenses means (a) the fees and reimbursable expenses of any of the Trustees or the Lead Paying Agent (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other professional fees) hereunder and under the Security Documents in connection with the administration of the Trust, (b) the fees and reimbursable expenses of any GCCF Paying Agent or Local Bank in connection with the performance of their responsibilities as contemplated in this Agreement, (c) the formation or organizational expenses incurred by the parties hereto in connection with the formation and establishment of the Trust, and (d) any other fees or expenses that the Trustees are authorized or required to pay under the terms of this Agreement and the Security Documents, including without limitation amounts owed pursuant to the Trust’s indemnification obligations set forth in Article VI, Section E4 hereof but excluding resolved Damage Claims paid in accordance with Section D of Article II hereof.
Approved Expenses means any reasonable out of pocket expenses (other than Protective Advances) incurred by Agent with respect to the administration, enforcement, modification, amendment, restructure or collection of the Loan (including, without limitation, any such actions taken with respect to the Collateral securing the Loan).
Approved Expenses means such expenses for which withdrawals from the Child Development Account are permitted by the Government.
