Accommodation Costs definition

Accommodation Costs means the expenses incurred by a hospital to provide its patients services for which a sep- arate charge is not customarily made. These expenses include, but are not limited to, room and board, medical social services, psychiatric social services, and the use of cer- tain hospital equipment and facilities.
Accommodation Costs means the costs on account of hotel accommodation as arranged by the Organiser.
Accommodation Costs means the actually incurred costs for accommodation and food of the designated members of the staff delivering the Products and/or providing Services under the Contract that will be charged to the Client if the work is performed outside of Belp, Switzerland and/or Vienna and/or Prague according to the convenience of QCM. All accommodation costs will be charged based on relevant receipts or invoices.

Examples of Accommodation Costs in a sentence

  • Temporary Accommodation Costs for an Owner Occupied Unit incurred as a result of Damage to Insured Property occurring during the Policy Period caused by an event not excluded under Section 1 that renders the Unit: • Unfit for habitation; and/or • Inaccessible.

  • The Insurer will pay for Temporary Accommodation Costs where the Unit is inaccessible until the earlier of: • The date on which access to the Unit is re- established; or • The date on which it would have been reasonable for You or the Body Corporate to have had access to the Unit re-established.

  • Each monthly invoice for Crew Accommodation Costs, Crew Transportation Costs and Crew Meal Costs shall be calculated according to the number of Days of Services provided in the calendar month.

  • Charges are related to: Customer Accommodation Costs (Gift Cards) related to concealed damage.

  • FOREIGN ACCOMMODATION COSTS COVERAGE, for all Foreign Accommodation Costs is $250,000, subject to a maximum limit of liability for each Insured Person of $50,000, both of which are part of, and not in addition to, the Limit of Liability for the Policy Period set forth in ITEM 5, A., of the Declarations.

  • The Insurer will pay Loss of Rent and/or Temporary Accommodation Costs in the circumstances described above only for the period that: • Commences at the time such government order becomes effective; and • Ceases after 30 days or at the time the order is revoked, whichever first occurs.

  • Such Defense Expenses, Pre-Claim Inquiry Expenses, Foreign Accommodation Costs, and Custodial Release Costs will be advanced on a current basis, but no later than 90 days after the date on which the Company’s Claims department receives: (i.) the invoices documenting that such amounts have been incurred; and (ii.) any additional information or documentation reasonably requested by the Company related to such amounts.

  • The Company will advance, on behalf of the Insured Persons, Defense Expenses, Pre-Claim Inquiry Expenses, Foreign Accommodation Costs, and Custodial Release Costs that are covered under this Policy.

  • Accommodation Costs: In this instance One Wedding will pay for their own accommodation.

  • During the period of occupation at ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the Accommodation Costs including rent, rates and service charges will be billed to MOPAC and paid through the Finance Process set out in paragraph (iii) above, Finance.


More Definitions of Accommodation Costs

Accommodation Costs means the fees paid by Guests for lodging at the Property, excluding any cleaning fees, pet fees, taxes, or other optional charges. This includes the base rental rate for the Property and any additional fees charged for extra Guests or specific amenities, but does not include any fees that are not directly related to the cost of lodging.
Accommodation Costs has the meaning set out in section 6.4;
Accommodation Costs means the amount indicated in the Pro-Forma Invoice payable to ▇▇▇▇▇ as consideration for the letting of accommodation at the Hotel;
Accommodation Costs means the reasonable costs, charges, fees, and expenses incurred by an Insured Person or Relative in connection with any Custodial Detention in any foreign country in which such Insured Person is not domiciled and to which the Company has consented, such consent not to be unreasonably withheld, consisting of: 1. travel expenses incurred by the Relative to travel to the foreign country in which the Insured Person is subject to such Custodial Detention, where legally permissible; 2. accommodation expenses incurred by the Insured Person or the Relative to temporarily reside in the foreign country in which the Insured Person is subject to such Custodial Detention, where legally permissible; 3. fees incurred by the Insured Person or the Relative to convert currency to the currency of the foreign country in which such Insured Person is subject to such Custodial Detention, where legally permissible; or 4. fees incurred by the Insured Person or the Relative to obtain the services of an interpreter or translator, where legally permissible.
