Additionally, managers shall monitor social media platforms and review sites, and reach out to anyone who has posted a concern online. Resolution shall include reimbursed meals, gift cards, or other means of compensation. Following the outreach to the passenger, managers shall also follow up with any staff member who might require additional training or direction based on the nature of the concern.
