Other Operational Requirements. (1) Permittee shall not, without the prior written consent of Director, reference Port or the Airport for any purpose other than the address of the business to be conducted by Permittee in the Assigned Space, nor will Permittee do or permit anything in connection with Permittee’s business or advertising which in the judgment of Port may reflect unfavorably on Port or the Airport, or confuse or mislead the public as to the relationship between Port and Permittee.

Resolution shall include reimbursed meals, gift cards, or other means of compensation. Following the outreach to the passenger, managers shall also follow up with any staff member who might require additional training or direction based on the nature of the concern.
