Personnel Requirements. A-E will be required to provide full-time or part-time Resident Engineers and Office Engineers, licensed civil engineers in the State of California, Construction Inspectors, and Labor Compliance Specialists as required by the scope of each Task Order. The primary contact person shall be available to make decision on behalf of the Contractor including, but not limited to, changes in service and schedule.
