Extent of Leasehold. On the terms, conditions, and covenants in this Lease, City hereby leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby leases from City, the Premises. In addition, Tenant shall possess the non-exclusive right of ingress and egress to and from the Premises as may be necessary on areas designated by Director, subject to Airport Rules and Regulations, as amended from time to time (as amended, the “Airport Rules”), provided that Tenant’s exercise of such right shall not impede or interfere unduly with the operation of the Airport by City, its tenants, customers, and other authorized occupants. Tenant shall not place or install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures in any Airport property outside the Premises, without the express prior consent of Director. In no event will Tenant engage in any activity on the Airport outside the Premises for the recruitment or solicitation of business. For purposes of this Lease relating to Tenant’s responsibilities, the “Premises” shall mean the area(s) shown on Exhibit A, where (a) the exact boundaries are deemed to be three inches (3”) inside each wall separating the Premises from the adjacent premises or the external Terminal wall, and (b) with respect to the facade and/or wall on the front of the Premises, separating the Premises from the Terminal common areas, the exact boundary is deemed to be the external face of the facade and/or wall.

For purposes of this Lease relating to Tenant’s responsibilities, the “Premises” shall mean the area(s) shown on Exhibit A, the “Premises” is comprised of “Exclusive Space”, “Common Use Space” and “Limited Common Use Space” as described below.

In addition to the exclusive use of the Leased Premises described in Section 3.1 above, Company shall possess the non-exclusive right of ingress and egress to and from the Leased Premises as may be necessary on through areas designated by the Director, subject to Airport rules and regulations, including security regulations, as may be amended from time to time, provided that Company’s exercise of such right shall not impede or interfere unduly with the operation of the Airport by City, its tenants, customers and other authorized occupants. Company shall not place or install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures in any Airport property outside the Leased Premises without the express prior consent of the Director. In no event will Company engage in any activity on the Airport outside the Leased Premises for the recruitment or solicitation of business.

In accordance with the terms, conditions and covenants set forth in this Agreement, SARAA hereby leases to Concessionaire and Concessionaire hereby leases from SARAA, the Leased Premises. In addition, Concessionaire shall possess the non-exclusive right of ingress and egress to and from the Leased Premises as may be necessary through areas designated by the Executive Director, subject to Airport rules and regulations, including security regulations, as may be amended from time to time, provided that Concessionaire’s exercise of such right shall not impede or interfere unduly with the operation of the Airport by SARAA, its tenants, customers and other authorized occupants. Concessionaire shall not place or install any racks, stands or other display of merchandise or trade fixtures in any Airport property outside the Leased Premises without the express prior consent of the Executive Director. In no event will Concessionaire engage in any activity on the Airport outside the Leased Premises for the recruitment or solicitation of business.
Extent of Leasehold. In addition to the non-exclusive, concession related use of the Leased Property described in Section 3.1 above, Millsite LLC shall possess the non-exclusive right of ingress and egress to and from the Leased Property as may be necessary, as may be amended from time to time, provided that Millsite LLC’s exercise of such right shall not impede or interfere unduly with the operation of the Park by City, its users or visitors and other authorized occupants.
