Operation in Accordance with Law. Vendor Licensee agrees that it will at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the Licensed Listings, the Display Websites, the Display Servers, and the content of the Display Websites in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable laws and the MLS Rules and Regulations.
Operation in Accordance with Law. Licensee and Broker Participant each agree at all times to develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the Licensed Listings, the Display Websites, the Display Servers, the content of the Display Websites, and all of its business and business operations in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations and the Rules and Regulations. Further, Licensee will not include in the content of the Display Websites any material which is illegal, immoral, unethical, or offensive.
Operation in Accordance with Law. Lessee shall, at all times during the Lease Term, use its best efforts to apprise itself of and comply fully with all federal, state, local and other governmental laws, statutes, ordinances and regulations applicable to its operations hereunder, including , without limitation, all applicable requirements of the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, as it may be amended from time to time, the Fair Labor Standards Act, as amended, all regulations and orders of the United States Department of Labor issued thereunder, and all other governmental agencies or departments with jurisdiction over Lessee, the Premises or the operation thereof, and all laws, ordinances and regulations relating to the use, storage, mixing, handling, disposal or application of all insecticides, herbicides, pesticides or other hazardous or toxic materials on or about the Premises and any containers in which they are shipped, handled, mixed or stored. Lessee shall, and in the event Lessee elects to contract with a customer farm contractor shall cause such farm contractor to, either: (i) maintain Workers Compensation Insurance, insuring its employees engaged on the Premises with a company legally authorized to write such insurance in the state in which the Premises is located, and Lessee shall furnish Lessor upon demand with a certificate of such insurance; or (ii) self-insure with respect to risks covered by Workers Compensation Insurance by maintaining a qualified plan under California Workers Compensation Insurance laws and furnish to Lessor evidence of such insurance at Lessor’s request.
Operation in Accordance with Law. AVP agrees that it will at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the RLS Listing Information, and all of AVP’s business and business operations in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations and the Co-Brokerage and VOW Agreements. Further, AVP will not include in the content of the RLS Listing Information any material which is illegal, immoral, unethical, or offensive.
Operation in Accordance with Law. AVP agrees that it will at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, and cause to be maintained and displayed, the Licensed Listings, the VOW, Display Servers, content of the VOW, and all of AVP’s business and business operations in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations and the Rules and Regulations. Further, AVP will not include in the content of the VOW or on any Syndication Website any material which is illegal, immoral, unethical, or offensive.
Operation in Accordance with Law. Broker Participant (including its Vendor) shall at all times develop, maintain, and display, as applicable, the MLS Data and the Application Displays, and all of its business operations in a professional manner and in accordance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations and the Rules and Regulations. Further, Broker Participant will not include in the content of the Application Displays any material which is illegal, immoral, unethical, or offensive.
Operation in Accordance with Law. So far as the Warrantors are aware, the Pension Schemes have at all times and in all respects complied with the provisions of any relevant statutes, regulations and requirements (including for the avoidance of doubt, but not limited to, compliance with discrimination and equal access legislation).
Operation in Accordance with Law. Each of the Plans and the funds established thereunder has been established, operated, administered, and invested in all material respects in accordance with its terms and with the requirements of all applicable Laws and each of the Plans has been duly registered where required by, and is in good standing under, such Laws. No fact or circumstance exists that could adversely affect the tax-exempt status of any Plan.
Operation in Accordance with Law. Except as set -------------------------------- forth on Schedule 4.29, none of the Acquired Companies is in ------------- default under or in violation of any provision of its Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws or, to the best of Seller's and such Acquired Company's knowledge, any applicable statute, law, ordinance, decree, order, injunction, rule, directive or regulation of any government or the provisions of any franchise or license material to its business.
Operation in Accordance with Law. To the best of Seller's knowledge, Seller is and on the Closing Date will be in compliance with all Requirements of Law relating to the conduct of the Business.
