Listing Information definition

Listing Information means a Reconex Customer’s primary name, address (including city, state and zip code), telephone number(s), the delivery address and number of directories to be delivered, and, in the case of a business Customer, the primary business heading under which the business Customer desires to be placed, and any other information Verizon deems necessary for the publication and delivery of directories.

Listing Information means active listing information provided by Participants to the MLS and aggregated and distributed by the MLS to Participants, except for any listing for which the seller has withheld permission to have the listed property displayed on the Internet. “MLS Listing Information” shall include information relating to properties that have sold only in those jurisdictions in which the actual sales prices of completed transactions are accessible from public records.

Listing Information or “MLS® System Data” shall mean all, or any part of information that is contained in a listing uploaded on the OREB MLS® System and maintained in the OREB MLS® System Database regarding the listing(s) of Members, and any subsequent additions or changes to that information, including current information about the property.

Examples of Listing Information in a sentence

• Listing Information may be augmented with additional data or information not otherwise prohibited from display as long as the source of such other data or information is clearly identified.

• REBNY shall provide the Participant with the opportunity to operate a VOW, and to “download” or receive a “datafeed” from the Participant’s designated RLS Vendor of all Listing Information, including without limitation address fields, photographs, and links to other media.

• Further, an AVP shall have no right to use the RLS Listing Information except in connection with the operation of the Participant VOW on behalf of the Participant or an affiliated Salesperson, as applicable, and pursuant to the terms of the AVP Agreement.

• This requirement does not restrict the format of Listing Information displayed on a Participant VOW or display of fewer than all of the Exclusive Listings or fewer authorized data fields.

• As set forth in the AVP Agreement, an AVP operating a Participant VOW on behalf of the Participant or an affiliated Salesperson shall have no independent participation rights in the RLS by virtue of its right to receive Listing Information on behalf the Participant.

More Definitions of Listing Information

Listing Information means all records of residential properties (and any information relating to those properties) stored or maintained by a multiple listing service.

Listing Information means listing information provided by Authorized Subscribers to the MLS and aggregated and distributed by the MLS to Authorized Subscribers, except for any listing for which the seller or Authorized Subscriber has withheld permission to have the listed property displayed on the Internet.

Listing Information means details or information related to the Exclusive Property, including, but not limited to, the information contained in Exhibit A to the Co-Brokerage Agreement, except for Confidential Listing Information contained in Section 2.3.

Listing Information means the information and images accompanying an Offering that identifies the nature, volume, User Fees, Terms of Use, and other features of the Offering, as specified by you in connection with your request to publish the Offering or otherwise.

Listing Information means active listing information provided by Authorized Subscribers to the MLS and aggregated and distributed by the MLS to Authorized Subscribers.

Listing Information means the Telephone Company’s data, as changed from time to time, containing a standard dataset including, but not limited to, the listed name, address, telephone number, and, if available, yellow pages heading assigned at the time of initiation of telephone service (as well as additional information, including service address, that is made available by the Telephone Company) for Telephone Company subscribers and for subscribers of Other Telecommunications Providers which the Telephone Company is authorized to license. This information is available upon request from the Telephone Company and is subject to change, to the extent permitted by regulation, at the Telephone Company’s discretion. The Telephone Company will provide a minimum of ninety (90) days notification of changes to recipients of such information, unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties.
