Open Source Software and Third-Party Software. Customer acknowledges and agrees that certain Open Source Software libraries, components and utilities, and other third-party software not owned or developed by Sysdig are embedded in the Software. The publicly available open source license terms governing the Open Source Software shall take precedence over this Agreement to the extent that the Agreement imposes greater restrictions on Customer. Customer hereby acknowledges that Sysdig disclaims and makes no representation or warranty with respect to the Open Source Software, or any portion thereof, and assumes no liability for any claim that may arise with respect to such Open Source Software or Customer's use or inability to use the same.

Open Source Software and Third-Party Software. The Enabling Software and Service may contain or be provided with components subject to the terms and conditions of third-party proprietary licenses (“Third-Party Software”) or free/libre and open source software licenses (“Open Source Software”). An English-language list of Open Source Software that is distributed by Webroot is available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/us/en/legal/opensource. To the extent required by the license that accompanies the Open Source Software, the terms of such license will apply in lieu of the terms of this Agreement with respect to such Open Source Software itself, including, without limitation, any provisions governing access to source code, modification, or reverse engineering. Customer acknowledges that Customer’s use of each open source component is subject to the open source license applicable to each open source component. Webroot makes no representations or warranties with regard to such open source components and assumes no liability that may arise from the use of such open source components. With respect to data licensed by Webroot regarding geographic information and other data associated with an IP address (“GeoIP Databases”), Customer acknowledges that the limitations and disclaimers set forth in this Agreement apply to such GeoIP Databases and that the licensor of such GeoIP Databases has no liability in connection with this Agreement or Customer’s use of the Service.

Open Source Software and Third-Party Software a) Notwithstanding the Use grant in Section 2, Licensee acknowledges that certain components of the Software may be covered by so-called “open source” software licenses (“Open Source Software” or “OSS”). Open Source Software and Third-Party Software. Open Source Software and Third Party Software are governed by the terms of their respective licenses and not the terms of this Agreement, notwithstanding anything to the contrary in any applicable ALA. Information about the Open Source Software may be found in a file accompanying the Licensed Software or in the Documentation or ALA.

Information concerning the inclusion of the Open Source Software not covered by this Agreement, if any, and the notices, license terms, and disclaimers applicable to such software are contained in an HTML file or a .txt file in the root directory, and are available upon request from Webroot. Nothing in this Agreement restricts, limits, or otherwise affects any rights or obligations You may have, or conditions to which You may be subject, under any applicable open source licenses to any Open Source Software contained in the Delivery Software or BrightCloud Service.
Open Source Software and Third-Party Software. 7.1 The Customer acknowledges that certain “free” or “open source” based software (the “Open Source Software”) and certain third party software (the “Third Party Software”) may be distributed, embedded or bundled with the Software and may be required to be licensed direct to the Customer rather than as part of the Software. A list of the Open Source Software and Third Party Software is set out on the webpage located at xxx.xxxxxxxx.xxx/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. The Customer's use (and any User's use) of such Open Source Software and Third Party Software is subject to the terms of the licenses set out on this webpage from time to time.
