Use Grant. Subject to the payment of the fee required, and subject to Your compliance with all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except to the extent You has purchased a Subscription License (as defined in Section 7), We grant to You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non- sublicensable, perpetual right and license (i) for Designated User(s) to use the Software to create Modifications and Applications; (ii) for You to distribute the Sencha SDKs and/or Modifications to End Users solely as integrated into the Applications; and (iii) for End Users to use the Sencha SDKs as integrated into Your Applications.
Use Grant. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement as well as the payment of all applicable license fees for the term of such license, Licensor grants Licensee and Licensee accepts a limited, personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, non-assignable, temporary Object Code license to Use the Software, and to use the Hardware Key and Documentation as necessary for Licensee’s Use of the Software. Licensor may issue access codes to Licensee’s designated users to enable such users to Use the Software on different central processor units and operating systems in accordance with this License.
Use Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, URIGEN hereby grants to PHARMACY and its Affiliates during the Term, as defined below, a nonexclusive right under the Technology and Patented Technology within the Field and Territory to make, have made, use, have used, provide, have provided, sell, offer for sale and have sold the Formulation.

Use Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TSX Trust hereby grants to the Transaction Representatives the right to use the Platform solely with respect to the Services in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
