Obligations to the Company. Executive agrees to the best of his ability and experience that he will at all times loyally and conscientiously perform all of the duties and obligations required of and from Executive pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof, and to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company. During the term of Executive's employment relationship with the Company, Executive shall devote substantially all of his business time to the affairs of the Company and further agrees that he will devote a minimum of forty (40) hours per week to the business of the Company and the Company will be entitled to all of the benefits and profits arising from or incident to all such work services and advice, and Executive will not directly or indirectly engage or participate in any business that is competitive in any manner with the business of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall prevent Executive from (i) serving on the board of directors of another corporation; provided that serving on any more than two corporate boards commencing six months after the Effective Date will require the prior approval of the Board; (ii) owning equity interests of any corporation or limited liability company whose stock is listed on a national stock exchange or the Nasdaq Global Market and whose business is not competitive with the Company; or (iii) accepting speaking or presentation engagements in exchange for honoraria or serving on boards of charitable organizations. Executive will comply with and be bound by the Company's operating policies, procedures and practices from time to time in effect during the term of Executive's employment.
Obligations to the Company. During the term of his Employment, the Employee shall devote his full business efforts and time to the Company. During the term of his Employment, without the prior written approval of the Company (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), the Employee shall not render services in any capacity to any other person or entity and shall not act as a sole proprietor, partner or managing member of any other person or entity or as a shareholder owning more than one percent of the stock of any other corporation. The foregoing, however, shall not preclude the Employee from engaging in reasonable community, school or charitable activities. The Employee shall comply with the Company's policies and rules, as they may be in effect from time to time during the term of his Employment.
Obligations to the Company. During the Employment Period, Executive shall perform Executive’s duties faithfully and to the best of Executive’s ability and will devote Executive’s full business efforts and time to the Company. During the Employment Period, without the prior written approval of Executive’s Supervisor, Executive shall not render services in any capacity to any other Person and shall not act as a sole proprietor, advisor or partner of any other Person or own more than five percent (5%) of the stock of any other corporation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Executive may serve on civic or charitable boards or committees, deliver lectures, fulfill speaking engagements, teach at educational institutions, or manage personal investments without advance written consent of Executive’s Supervisor; provided that such activities do not individually or in the aggregate interfere with the performance of Executive’s duties under this Agreement or create a potential business or fiduciary conflict. Executive shall comply with the Company’s policies and rules, as they may be in effect from time to time during Executive’s Employment.
Obligations to the Company. During his Employment, the Executive (i) shall devote his full business efforts and time to the Company, (ii) shall not engage in any other employment, consulting or other business activity that would create a conflict of interest with the Company, (iii) shall not assist any person or entity in competing with the Company or in preparing to compete with the Company and (iv) shall comply with the Company’s policies and rules, as they may be in effect from time to time.
Obligations to the Company. During your employment, you shall devote your full business efforts and time to the Company, except as provided herein. Without express written consent of the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, you shall not render services in any capacity to any other person or entity and shall not act as a sole proprietor, board member, or partner of any other person or entity or, except as set forth on Attachment A, own more than five percent (5%) of the stock of any other corporation. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may (i) serve on corporate, civic, or charitable boards or committees, including the corporate boards on which you currently serve as set forth on Attachment A; (ii) continue to provide advisory services to the entities set forth on Attachment A; or (iii) deliver lectures, fulfill speaking engagements, teach at educational institutions, or manage personal investments, in the case of each of clauses (i), (ii), and (iii) of this sentence, without such advance written consent; provided that such activities do not individually or in the aggregate interfere with the performance of your obligations and duties hereunder. You will comply with the Company’s policies and rules, as they may be in effect from time to time during your employment.
Obligations to the Company. During the term of his Employment, the Executive shall devote his full business efforts and time to the Company. The Executive agrees not to actively engage in any other employment, occupation or consulting activity for any direct or indirect remuneration without the prior approval of the CEO, provided, however, that the Executive may, without the approval of the CEO, serve in any capacity with any civic, educational or charitable organization. The Executive may own, as a passive investor, no more than one percent (1%) of any class of the outstanding securities of any publicly traded corporation.
Obligations to the Company. During the term of his employment, -------------------------- Executive shall devote his full business efforts and time to the Company; provided, however, that this shall not preclude Executive from serving as a member of the board of directors of up to three other companies to the extent such other companies do not compete with the Company and to the extent such service does not materially impact the ability of Executive to fulfill his obligations to the Company. Executive shall comply with the Company's policies and rules, as they may be in effect from time to time during the term of his employment.

Employee agrees to the best of his ability and experience that he will perform all of the duties and obligations reasonably required of and from Employee pursuant to the express and implicit terms hereof. During the term of Employee's employment relationship with the Company, Employee further agrees that he will devote his business time and attention to the business of the Company.
Obligations to the Company. During the term of your employment with the Company (the “Employment”), you shall devote your full business efforts and time to the Company. During your Employment, you agree that you will not engage in any other employment, occupation, consulting or other business activity directly related to the business in which the Company is now involved or becomes involved during the term of your employment, nor will you engage in any other activities that conflict with your obligations to the Company. You shall comply with the Company’s policies and rules, including those policies located in the Company’s Team Member Handbook (and applicable State Supplement) and in the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, as they may be in effect from time to time during your Employment.

Officer agrees to the best of his or -------------------------- her ability and experience that he or she will, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, at all times loyally and conscientiously perform all of the duties and obligations required of him or her pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Officer will comply with and be bound by the Company's operating policies, procedures and practices from time to time in effect during the term of Officer's employment.
