Common use of Obligations to the Company Clause in Contracts

Obligations to the Company. Officer agrees to the best of his or -------------------------- her ability and experience that he or she will, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Company, at all times loyally and conscientiously perform all of the duties and obligations required of him or her pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Officer will comply with and be bound by the Company's operating policies, procedures and practices from time to time in effect during the term of Officer's employment.
