The Nasdaq National Market Sample Clauses

The Nasdaq National Market. The Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect the quotation of the Preferred Securities on the Nasdaq National Market and will file with the Nasdaq National Market all documents and notices required by the Nasdaq National Market of companies that have securities that are traded in the over-the-counter market and quotations for which are reported by the Nasdaq National Market. If the Subordinated Debentures are distributed in exchange for the Preferred Securities, the Company will use its commercially reasonable efforts to effect the quotation of the Subordinated Debentures on the Nasdaq National Market or such other automated quotation system or national securities exchange on which the Preferred Securities are then listed.

  • New York Stock Exchange Listing Application has been made, and the Securities shall have been listed and admitted and authorized for trading, subject to official notice of issuance, on the New York Stock Exchange so that trading on such exchange will begin within 30 days after the date of this Agreement.
