Outstanding Equity Securities definition

Outstanding Equity Securities means the number of the Company Shares issued and outstanding at a particular time on a fully diluted basis.
Outstanding Equity Securities means the total number of issued and outstanding Common Shares, on a fully-diluted basis;

Outstanding Equity Securities means the number of Primero Shares issued and outstanding at a particular time on a non-diluted basis;
