Objectives of the Committee. The main objectives of the CC are: ▪ To discuss matters pertaining to the Agreement and to reinforce its objectives; ▪ To provide a consultative approach to change which minimises disruption and disputation; ▪ To consider means to improve productivity and efficiency within the Company; ▪ To achieve a secure future for the Company and its Employees; ▪ To improve the information flow around the Company in order to improve Employee involvement and understanding. Individual grievances and health and safety issues will not be discussed or dealt with at CC meetings. Matters within the meaning of significant change clause 3.1 can be raised and dealt with by the CC.

When special circumstances arise, the Parties shall meet at any time upon agreement at the request of one Party. Regular sessions of the Committees shall be chaired successively by each Party. Other sessions of the Committee shall be chaired by the Party hosting the meeting. The sessions may be held by any technological means available to the Parties. 4. When necessary, the Committees created hereby shall consult with such other Committees as needed to address the issues they handle.

  • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement. The number of representatives and the areas which they represent are set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions.

  • Staffing Committee 1. The Nurse Staffing Committee (NSC) shall be responsible for determining the Hospital’s staffing plan and resolving complaints raised by nurses regarding the implementation of the plan as well as those activities required of it under RCW 70.41, et seq and its successors.

  • The Board 6.1 The appointment, dismissal and conduct of the Board shall be regulated in accordance with this agreement and the Articles.
