Objectives of the Committee. The main objectives of the CC are: ▪ To discuss matters pertaining to the Agreement and to reinforce its objectives; ▪ To provide a consultative approach to change which minimises disruption and disputation; ▪ To consider means to improve productivity and efficiency within the Company; ▪ To achieve a secure future for the Company and its Employees; ▪ To improve the information flow around the Company in order to improve Employee involvement and understanding. Individual grievances and health and safety issues will not be discussed or dealt with at CC meetings. Matters within the meaning of significant change clause 3.1 can be raised and dealt with by the CC.

We commit ourselves to workplace reform through education, training and consultation, leading to job satisfaction, increased productivity, efficiency and improved quality of the product.
Objectives of the Committee. The Consultative Committee will continue to assist in monitoring the purpose of this Agreement. Structure: The Consultative Committee will consist of equal numbers of Union and Management representatives. Attempts will be made to ensure that representatives are drawn from a range of work area and shifts if this is a feature of the workplace. The Shop Xxxxxxx is part of the Union representation while other Union Officers or representatives from Management Organisations may attend committee meetings as required. The committee has the authority to invite persons to attend meetings as it sees fit. These persons will attend for a specific item/ purpose and participate only in discussions involving that specific item/ purpose.
