Quality of the Product. The quality of the Product should correspond to the technical characteristics, agreed in the Appendix #1 to the Agreement and is confirmed by the quality certificate issued from the plant-manufacturer and the consignor of the Product – [Limited liability company Usoliye-Sibirskiy Silicon, Russian Federation, 665462, Irkutsk region, Usoliye-Sibirskoye town, territory of LLC “Usoliyekhimprom”]. The country of origin of the Product: Russian Federation. 2.1.3.
Quality of the Product. 8.1 The PRODUCT to be delivered by a third party manufacturer in the name of Nitec AG to Merck hereunder shall be finished and released goods, be free from defects, conform to the analysis certificates which are delivered with the PRODUCT and will be in accordance with the SPECIFICATIONS for the PRODUCT. Nitec assures that the third party manufacturer at any time complies with the requirements of the Betriebsverordnung für pharmazeutische Unternehmer (PharmBetrV) and of the EC-Guideline of Good Manufacturing Practice for medicinal products, Part I: Basic requirements for medicinal products (GMP) and that the quality of the PRODUCT complies with the MARKETING AUTHORIZATION dossier.
Quality of the Product. 9.1 Geneva hereby warrants that no Product constituting or being a part of any shipment made by Geneva pursuant hereto shall at the time of any such shipment be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act, or regulations promulgated thereunder, as such law or regulation is constituted and in effect at the time of any such shipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Geneva makes no misbranding representation with respect to Buyer's promotional activities.
Quality of the Product. 13. 1 Vivier hereby warrants that no Product constituting or being a part of any shipment made by Vivier pursuant hereto shall at the time of any such shipment be adulterated or misbranded within the meaning of the Act or TPP, or regulations promulgated thereunder, as such law or regulation is constituted and in effect at the time of any such shipment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Vivier makes no misbranding representation with respect to Buyer's promotional activities.
Quality of the Product. 8.1 The PRODUCT to be delivered by a third party manufacturer in the name of Nitec AG to Merck hereunder shall be finished and released goods, be free from defects, conform to the analysis certificates which are delivered with the PRODUCT and will be in accordance with the SPECIFICATIONS for the PRODUCT and end-released by the EU Qualified Person of Nitec or the manufacturer. Nitec assures that all third party manufacturer at any time comply with the requirements of the Arzneimittelbetriebsordnung (AMBO) and of the EC-Guideline of Good Manufacturing Practice for medicinal products, Part I: Basic requirements for medicinal products (GMP) and that the quality of the PRODUCT complies with the MARKETING AUTHORIZATION dossier. Further details concerning manufacturing, specifications and the supply relationship shall be set forth in the Quality/Technical Agreement to be concluded in due course.
Quality of the Product. 9.1 The PRODUCT manufactured by CONNETICS shall be manufactured in conformity with the specifications of the relevant regulatory authorities in the TERRITORY and all other applicable laws and regulations in the TERRITORY.
Quality of the Product. 8.1 The Product manufactured and delivered by AVECIA to RPI under Clause 7 above shall conform to the Product Specification for such Product.
Quality of the Product i. Data for service 2 is provided in the form of a graphical radiance log in PNG format. Raw data used to generate this log is also provided for the user for their own research. Raw data is provided in the form of an ASCII text log in a tab delimited text file for use with spreadsheet applications. An xml file is also provided that contains individual pixel data and associated relevant metadata extracted from the original ENVISAT format data file. The quality of the extracted data is dependant on the quality of the original input data and the efficiency of the extraction performed by Xxxxxxxxx BEAM. Where issues are known to affect quality users will be notified as part of the service delivery. The NEODC will endeavour to ensure that data and software extractions are as accurate as possible within reason.
Quality of the Product i. Data for service 1 shall be provided in ENVISAT format. The quality of the extracted data is dependant on the quality of the original input data and the efficiency of the extraction performed by Xxxxxxxxx BEAM. Where issues are known to affect quality users will be notified as part of the service delivery. The NEODC will endeavour to ensure that data and software extractions are as accurate as possible within reason.
Quality of the Product. 6.1 The Products delivered by the Producer must meet the specification of the Trader, as stipulated in Clause 8 of this Agreement, and the Trader's detailed quality or food safety specifications (private standard) must be communicated to the Producer in writing upon signing this Agreement.
