Committees definition

Committees means Committees of the Board for the time being in force.
Committees means the committees formed under this Act or by the various functionaries of the University as the case may be and includes the Nomination Committee, the Finance Committee and such other committees;
Committees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).

Examples of Committees in a sentence

  • Participate as a full voting member of Company’s Board of Directors in setting overall objectives, approving plans and programs of operation, formulating general policies, offering advice and counsel, serving on Board Committees, and reviewing management performance.

More Definitions of Committees

Committees means the Committees appointed as provided in Article VII.
