Authorized Representative. Sourcewell's Authorized Representative is its Chief Procurement Officer. Supplier’s Authorized Representative is the person named in the Supplier’s Proposal. If Supplier’s Authorized Representative changes at any time during this Contract, Supplier must promptly notify Sourcewell in writing.
Authorized Representative. Each party represents and warrants to the other that it has full power and authority to enter into this Compromise Agreement.
Authorized Representative. During any period of the operations, PURCHASER shall have a designated representative(s) available to STATE on the timber sale area or project location, or both, where such activity is separated. The representative(s) shall be authorized to receive any notice or instructions from STATE on behalf of PURCHASER and to take any action required in regard to performance of PURCHASER under this contract. STATE shall designate a field representative(s) who shall be authorized to receive notices, inspect progress of the work, and issue instructions in regard to performance under the terms of this contract. Authorized representatives of STATE and PURCHASER shall be designated in the Operations Plan required by Section 39. Section 38. Inspection. STATE, through its authorized and designated representative, shall at all times be allowed access to all parts of the operations and areas of operations of PURCHASER, as may be required to make a complete and detailed inspection. STATE shall be furnished such information and assistance by PURCHASER, or the designated representative(s).

Authorized Representative. 36.1. The Company may in certain cases accept an Authorized Representative on behalf of the Client to place Orders to the Company or to handle any other matters related to the Client Account or this Agreement, provided the Client notifies the Company in writing of the appointment of an Authorized Representative, submits the relevant documentation (such as Power of Attorney and KYC documents) and this person is approved by the Company fulfilling all of the Company specifications for this.
Authorized Representative. The Advisory Committee may authorize any one of its members, or its Secretary, to sign on its behalf any notices, directions, applications, certificates, consents, approvals, waivers, letters or other documents. The Advisory Committee must evidence this authority by an instrument signed by all members and filed with the Trustee.

The person executing this Agreement on behalf of Contractor affirmatively represents that she/he has the requisite legal authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of Contractor and to bind Contractor to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Both the person executing this Agreement on behalf of Contractor and Contractor understand that the County is relying on this representation in entering into this Agreement.

Authorized Representative. The State's Authorized Representative is name, address, phone, email or his successor, and has the authority to monitor the Grantee’s performance and to accept the services provided under this agreement. The Grantee’s Authorized Representative is name, address, phone, email or their successor. If the Grantee’s Authorized Representative changes at any time during this grant agreement, the Grantee must immediately notify the State.
