Notice of Representatives. The Union will provide a written list, which will be kept current, to the Agency/OSFM and the Department of Administrative Services of its representatives from Council 75 who will be "Union Representatives."
Notice of Representatives. The Employer and the Union agree to notify the other in writing within sixty (60) days from the date hereof, of the persons appointed to the respective committees. The Employer and the Union shall notify the other in writing of any change in their respective committees which may take place during the term hereof. No individual employee or group of employees shall undertake to represent the Union at meetings with the Employer without proper authorization of the Union.
Notice of Representatives. The Union agrees to furnish the County a current roster listing the names of its officers, committee members, stewards and alternates. Such representatives shall not be recognized under the terms of this Agreement until such written notice is received by the County.

Notice of Representatives. The UNION shall furnish the EMPLOYER with a current written roster listing the names of its Service Representative, stewards and alternates. Such representatives shall not be recognized under the terms of this Agreement until such written notice is received by the EMPLOYER. When changes are made in the Service Representative, stewards or alternates, the UNION shall, within ten (10) days thereof, notify the EMPLOYER of said changes in writing.
Notice of Representatives. The CSEA will communicate to the Town Supervisor the names, addresses and position of any employees designated in 3.5.1 above or their successors.
