NORMAL WEEK. (a) A normal week is defined as beginning Monday and ending Sunday. Instructors will work five (5), normally consecutive, days which will include a Saturday or Sunday (or Saturday and. Sunday if the instructor agrees). An instructor may be scheduled Monday to Friday providing both the Company and the instructor agree. (b) Any paid work time in excess of thirty-seven and a half (37.5) working hours in a week shall be considered overtime. (c) Any work on the sixth (6th) and seventh (7th) day shall be considered overtime except when the instructor agrees to work those days in order to make thirty-seven and a half (37.5) working hours for the week.

NORMAL WEEK. Employees are normally scheduled to work varying hours per week. The schedule for some employees may include work on Saturday and Sunday. The hours an employee is expected to work are scheduled by the supervisor. The Employer must maintain flexibility in the scheduling of work.
NORMAL WEEK. The normal work week shall consist of forty (40) hours, five (5) consecutive days Monday through Friday. Hours worked shall be exclusive of unpaid lunch period. The normal work week and the work day may be modified by mutual consent.
NORMAL WEEK. The normal working week shall be 39 hours, Monday to Friday. The working hours at shops or job shall be from: 8.00 am – 4.30 pm Monday – Thursday 8.00 am – 3.30 pm Friday Including a morning break and a half hour for lunch from 1.00 pm to 1.30 pm. Where hours are worked after an 8 hour day, workers are entitled to a 15 minute break before commencing overtime. Where on occasion an official early start is required, no extra payment shall apply but the normal finishing time after which overtime rates would apply shall be brought back pro rata. The early start in this context is limited to one hour before normal starting time. The above hours may be subject to variation by agreement to suit client requirements provided appropriate pay agreements have been reached.
NORMAL WEEK. The normal working week of the classes of workers specified in paragraph 2 shall be thirty nine hours.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Normal Working Hours Prevailing Wage Rate Projects: Work performed from 7:00 a.m. until 4:00

  • Work Week The work week will begin at 12:00 a.m. on Sunday and end at 11:59 p.m. the following Saturday.
